I contacted this service provider by sending a message through the Angie's website. After a week, I had no response by return message, by email (which I included) or by phone (which I included). Early in September is the season to look for a snowplow contractor, and I would have appreciated some response. (I did hear back from 3 others that I messaged at the same time.) I would hesitate to rely on this company for service if they don't communicate even before they have my money.

"I do not receive messages through Angie's list for service requests.. Had you contacted me by phone, which is listed, I would have gave you an estimate. It doesn't make sense why you wouldnt contact me by phone which would have been a better form of communication. Some companies choose to pay for added services through Angie's list as a form of advertising. I am not sure if this is one of them."

This winter was odd, snow seemed to fall in spurts, but Mark reliably plowed the drive when needed. He honoured his contract and showed himself to be a man of integrity throughout the entire season.

I have been using them for about 4-5 years. I like their promptness and they always show up when they say they are going to be there. They have also plowed my driveway during the winters months. I am very happy with them.

Called and left message on voicemail to get an estimate because he had left a flyer at my house last year and he had that one great report on Angie's List. I never heard from him.

"I do not plow in Richmond Hts. The flyer was delivered by The Sun Messenger to that area by accident. They were to only deliver in Mayfield, Highland Hts., and Lyndhurst. I did call and leave message regarding that and gave a referral to a snowplower who is reputable and snowplows in that area."
