Amazing service, not once was there an issue, the professionalism is shown by how well they pay attention to detail. I knew I wasn't going to have any problems when the company owners are also on site working side by side with their employees, making sure the best results are to be given. JRS, Services did a good job installing siding on our property. They responded quickly to any questions and concerns I had. And they took care of any defects that I have may seen. The property was cleaned well of debris and nails. I definitely would reach out for any future projects.

Terrible - When talking with JRS - he refused a refund. It has been difficult dealing with Angi also.

"When we come out to do an estimate and the customer wants the job done by us we ask for a non-refundable deposit to get you a spot on our schedule. If the customer is ok with this deposit we continue on to the next steps. We charge this for instances like this one where people decide to cancel last minute. This particular customer waited until we called to let them know we would be out to do the job the next day to tell us they want to cancel the job and they want their deposit back. Now my workers are out of work for those days I have to scramble around for something for them to do. It is for instances like this that we implemented this deposit."
