They were very professional. They did a great job matching the cabinets in my kitchen with the other cabinets. Not to mention the price was good.

Our overall experience was amazing. We had been to several other locally owned and big box appliance stores. We hadn't purchased from the other stores because either the prices were too high or they couldn't get all three appliances in the same finish (Clean Steal). Hartville Hardware was our last stop and it should have been the first. Our salesperson really new the appliances and was so helpful. The prices were cheaper than the other locally owned places and only about $50 more than the big box stores. However, the delivery and installation was free. The delivery and installation of the appliances went very smoothly. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. On a final note, a few weeks later we received a hand written thank-you note from Hartville Hardware.

They weren’t very responsive—the back and forth didn’t flow very well. Their product is good.

We went to store to look at the windows and doors. The salesman was helpful and scheduled a in-home estimate. We were charged $35 for the estimate and that price was deducted from our total order. Our windows and doors arrived 6 weeks later as promised. When the installers arrived they discovered that the windows were the wrong size and stopped the installation. Mark, the foreman, called Hartville Hardware immediately and the decided to order new windows with the correct measurements. They proceeded with the installation of the storm doors. The storm door installation went smoothly. They are beautiful doors. Mark and his crew from Hartville Hardware returned about 4 weeks later with the new windows. The installation was problem-free. They insulated all of the windows. They are beautiful, high quality windows. We were impressed with the overall service and installation of the windows and doors. Hartville Hardware employs their own installers. The installers were courteous, neat, and hardworking. Hartville Hardware took care of the problem with the windows with no hassle or additional cost to us. Our only complaint is that the salesman never followed up with us after the first windows arrived and they were the wrong size.

I really like this store. They know the products that they sell and service. They also will match any other advertised store prices.

I paid on a credit card because they wanted full payment before the door was installed and it took over 5 weeks to have the door installed. The install was not correct and needed to be corrected by installing other parts from other doors. It was a nightmare. The installers were very cooperative and kind.

They did a great job on the installation but I would shop around next time to make sure I find the best price. They are not outrageous but the prices could be better. I would recommend them to others.
