HARTVILLE COIN & JEWELRY

I went to this jewelry store initially because of it's proximity, and because I've heard their pricing is fair.  I ended up having

a piece of jewelry damaged by them.  One of my pieces was a bracelet with jade in it, I wear the bracelet at least once a week and so am looking at it frequently.  They needed to solder a chain on it.. When I picked it up half the jade was discolored and the salesperson said they may have done it when they fixed it, she even asked me if they had warned me about it, because that does happen.  Then the manager said no it was dropped off that way and they aren't responsible.  I am 100 percent certain they ruined the jade in this piece of jewelry.  Their customer service was terrible, they were exceptionally rude.  I would never ever recommend this business.

You can go to Hartville Coin & Jewelry and buy stuff, but I've only sold things. The owner of the place built up that whole community. I trust him. You can go to a pawn shop anywhere around here and I wouldn't trust just anybody. It's clean and in a nice building. It's not like it's sitting in some downtown alley somewhere.
