They're absolutely horrible. We just went round and round and round with them. They came out and got mad at me and yelled at me and took off and said they wouldn't do anything for us. We spent $12,000 on the service and they didn't want to back it because they were selling out the company. Since the owner put our furnace in the day that they sold out, they didn't want to mess with it. The owner retired because he was an older gentleman. Now, we're having to find somebody else to service it. I hope we don't have any problems because it's a brand new system, but we did. When we first had it put in, we were having problems. I've heard complaints from two other people about them too. They wouldn't back up anything on the furnace and we were having problems with it. The two people that he sent out to fix it, sat in the van and smoked cigarettes all the time they were here. He told me upfront, he said, "I don't know anything about duct work," and I said, "Well, then why did they send you out here?" He says, "Because I'm getting paid for it." So they sat in the van the whole time. They were very unprofessional. They weren't very clean, which I don't expect furnace people to be that clean, but they were not professional. I would not use them and I would not recommend them.
