Description of Work: I had them come out for a leaky shower that was leaking into my dining room. They were at my house maybe 15 minutes tops. It was so obvious they didn't want the job. They recommended replacing the shower and shower pan. I didn't do either but found another company to fix the leak.

Description of Work: I have used this wonderful family-owned local business for most of my plumbing issues for the past 25 years. I called them on Friday morning after I realized that my water heater was leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. They returned my call in less than an hour, got the details for what I required, and arranged to install the new one on Saturday morning! And the final cost was less than the estimate! The younger Mr. Rader completed the installation in less than two hours, explained my new heater basics to me, and left the basement clean and neat. Who could ask for more or better service? They are excellent.
