He was prompt, polite, & professional. He was aware we had an older A/C unit & was able to professionally suggest that it would probably not last much longer, but didn't pressure me at all to purchase a new one.

THEY MADE AN EXTRA EFFORT TO HAVE THE AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLED AND WORKING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH A HOT DAY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL.
