Our friendly staff is capable of all-encompassing professional services, allowing us to address the needs of any type of customer with minimal delay and maximum quality. From our repair services to computer sales, we provide our customers with the product knowledge they need to make informed decisions that benefit their specific situation. Anything related to a customer’s IT needs can be addressed with us in one place. We enjoy providing our customers with quality services and products at fair prices. We aim to be the computer service and repair shop of choice for the Cincinnati/Tri-State area. When a customer needs to service a unit, we offer a $25 diagnostic process that allows us to investigate all the possible technical issues pertaining to the unit. Then, we provide the customer with their options related to servicing the unit, purchasing new parts for the unit, and purchasing a new or used product. This gives our customer the opportunity to weigh their options and their respective benefits pertaining to their specific situation or objective. If the customer wishes to have us service the unit, we apply that $25 diagnostic fee to their service fee. During service, we can recover, transfer, and backup data for a fee. If it is more convenient for a customer, we provide an on-site diagnostics and repair service for a fee. Monthly service contracts are available. There is also an option to purchase the RUSH diagnostics and repair service which would dramatically decrease the wait time for servicing in the shop. As stated above, our small business environment allows us to be very flexible with our customers and cater to their specific, immediate needs. When a customer wishes to replace an old unit or purchase a new or used unit, we are able to provide similarly flexible services. Our customers can chose to purchase a new unit from our store or warehouse, purchase a used unit from our store, or build their own, custom unit. Our knowledgeable associates keep the best interests of the customer in mind when recommending a particular purchase and provide the customer with all of the necessary information to make an educated purchase.
