Everything went very well. I called them to inspect the house. I suspected some termite infestation. They came out the next day and were exactly on time. I received an estimate and arranged for the work to be done. They did find a small infestation. On the appointed day and time they came out and did the work. The actual work was done by an employee but was overseen by the owner at the beginning and at the end. They were done a little earlier than expected. They treated the infestation and protected the house. The work is guaranteed.

They came in, killed the bugs, and went home and the bugs were gone and I was happy.

I had lost my job so they were able to work with me with the price. They explained everything to me, they took me around the house to show me exactly what had been done. He did a great job of keeping my landscaping safe and they were thorough in their work. They have a contract that they will come back out to redo anything that may need it and then every three years they will come back out to redo the perimeter for a fraction of the original price.

Great job at a reasonable rate! Checked them out with Better Business Bureau. Owner pointed me to website of product used. Explained thoroughly by owner and installer when termites would be dead and to call after that time if we had any indication they were still active. Installer took me around entire house when finished to show me what was done. Two year warranty with renewal in three years at low cost. Company called in linesman in advance to mark any in-ground wiring (cable, gas, etc.) so as not to hit when drilling. Installer did not kill landscaping. Very pleased with work so far.

It is satisfactory. They always get the job done . I do not have any problems and if I do they come back.
