They were very careful about keeping vents sealed and dirt from coming out into rooms. My husband was impressed with them. We only wish it wasn't so expensive. But no other company offered their sanitation process and that was important to us.

Scheduled an appointment, they were very flexible, called to confirm. Arrived on time, were very professional, answered any questions i had, explained what they were doing, were very accommodating. Cleaned up after themselves very well (a few little spots here and there, but given the extent of the work they did throughout the entire house, not unreasonable to have missed a few little spots). Almost as if they had never even been here. Showed me the filters and the dirt that they had cleaned out. No pressure, no sales pitch for future work, simple explanations of what they were doing. Overall, a very simple experience.

His prices were very favorable and their prices seemed less than what we were paying our normal air-conditioning company. We were very pleased with them. They were efficient, showed up when they said they would. Their prices were good and they were explained what they were doing ahead of time.

The lady that I spoke to on the phone from Hi Tech gave me an estimate over the phone based on my square footage (5,500 sq.ft). She said that based on that square footage, that I would have about 10 returns and she quoted me a price of $365. When the man came out, we had 39 returns and it ended up costing $963.

I e-mailed the company, and the next day the owner called me to apologize and, within 1 day, sent me a refund of $25. That commitment to customer satisfaction is, to me, admirable.

It took them about 4 1/2 hours to do the work, but were as unobtrusive as possible so that my family was not inconvenienced when they were there. I was very impressed with their professional yet friendly demeanor. Amazingly, the final charge matched the phone estimate exactly, to the dollar!
