Description of Work: My neighbor had his tree removed. The workers trashed my yard with tree chips, branches, and debris all along the front strip and sidewalk. I called the company to tell them to clean up. Office person was incredibly rude. While it wasn't me who hired this company, I was impacted by their dreadful service. Hope Angie's List will allow this review. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Description of Work: On Aug. 5, they left several dead branches still on two trees and oil spots in my driveway. On Aug. 22,I am still waiting for them to come back and make the corrections and repairs. The worst is no one even has called me to say whether or not this will be done.

+ -1 moreThey successfully removed a large, dying maple from our yard and trimmed another. While we cleared the area of any lawn decor, they still (somehow) damaged the fence and crushed a shepherd's hook on the other side of the yard. We notified Hendel's of this incident via their feedback/comment card, but received no response.
Description of Work: Felled and removed large maple tree from our back yard. Hauled away tree parts, but left stump.

+ -1 moreJarrod came out and did the quote and told me that he'd call the day before the work was to be done. Instead, he called 15 minutes ahead. The work was quick, but there was a little mess that they didn't clean when leaving.
Description of Work: I had them remove a willow tree, which included grinding the stump.

+ -1 moreThey were contracted to complete the work in two days. The job ended up taking approximately 4 weeks. An additional $2300 had to be paid to get the job completed because Jarrod stated he underestimated the job, so therefore we were penalized due to his lack of knowledge on performing tree removal service. If this company has been in business since 1964, I'm not sure how they can make these kind of mistakes.
Description of Work: Contracted to removed two large trees and one stump for a set price. The work was to be completed in 2 days.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job of taking my trees town but mutilated my yard with bobcats in the process. I told them the ground was soft and not to bring heavy objects in, but they brought them in any way. They left mud and tree clippings in the street. However they were quick and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Cut down 15-17 trees.
