We are so glad to have found Jeremy. It seems to be getting harder and harder to find a professional who is truly committed to customer service. He spent plenty of time working with us during the quote process to assure us he was able to do the work. He was easy to schedule with and he arrived and did the work just as planned. Quality of his work was outstanding and he was very careful to cut holes in my wall in such a way that they were easy to repair afterwards. So it will only take me a few minutes to finish the patching. He left the space clean and worked with the same level of care that I would have. We have some additional electrical work we have been considering and will definitely ask Jeremy back to do it.

Jeremy was prompt for our appointment time, friendly when interacting with all members of our family, and knowledgeable regarding the services needing completion. He even went the extra mile by showing concern and offering (non-pressured) solutions for our family's safety when one of our smoke detectors was misbehaving. He did not try to up-sell us on something we didn't need, but rather offered a range of options to help us solve our issue in a way that fit our family. His pricing is reasonable and he stands by his work. I plan to reach out to Jeremy for future service needs and will recommend him to friends and colleagues.

The owner Jeremy did an outstanding job on several items that included all new wiring from the pole to a new breaker panel for an upgrade from 150 to 200 amps. He is very professional and very easy to work with.

I hired Jeremy to help diagnose and resolve a potentially dangerous electrical issue in my condo. Throughout the entire process, Jeremy's service and experience were outstanding. He spent over 5 hours helping diagnose my electrical wiring and stayed well later than what we originally expected due to how complex the issue was. His number one concern was the safety of myself and everyone else staying in the condo. On top of that, Jeremy communicated with us throughout the process and even let me shadow him so I could learn new things myself. He explained everything and why he was doing what he was doing. I can't recommend Jeremy any higher, he is technically competent, dedicated to his customers, professional, and just a really friendly guy. Jeremy is definitely my go-to electrician after this experience.

I haven’t yet had the work done. However, Jeremy thoughtfully looked at several options and kept me informed about options and costs that I hadn’t considered before. He took time to assess every option, explaining the right and safe way to do the job.
