Description of Work: I called them to schedule a repair on the dryer and left my information with a call service. They returned my call but due to location could not come out before next Wednesday. They were very professional and understanding but I can't wait that long for the dryer to work. They offered a refund but said I would actually need to contact Angie's list which I did. No service on the dryer was performed only an attempt to schedule.

Description of Work: I got an email from Angie's List advertising a $49 deal from Alstate Appliance to clean a dryer or a refrigerator. I have difficulty cleaning the INSIDE of my refrigerator so I purchased the deal through Paypal. It turns out they clean refrigerator parts--not the inside. Seems a little misleading to me. However, Alstate was willing to have my $49 refunded to Paypal but they told me I needed to go through Angie's List. Thanks.

Description of Work: They fixed the exhaust fan, replaced a drain part in my dishwasher and attempted to recalibrate my oven. He also tried to help with my laundry machine. The woman in the office also helped look up replacement parts for my oven and refrigerator (discontinued). Overall, I was satisfied.

Description of Work: We purchased a Bosch dishwasher for BestBuy, but didn't want to have them install it (we have some bad experiences in the past for the box store installers), they did a great job installing it with our granite counter tops, additionally I didn't realize we also got a Angie's List discount. We will use them again when needed
