Description of Work: We use Franklin Heating & Refrigeration Inc for heating and AC. We had them come for the scheduled maintenance and full check up in October. They do the check twice a year, once for the spring and once for the fall.

 + -1 moreI DID NOT HAVE THE TECHNICIAN PERFORM WORK. HE COULD NOT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF PRICE FOR WORK AND PARTS. HE SAID HE DID NOT KNOW IF HE HAD THE CORRECT PART IN THE TRUCK AND WOULDN'T KNOW UNTIL HE INSTALLED IT. SO I WOULD BE PAYING FOR HIM TO GUESS IF HE HAD THE CORRECT PART. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS TO CALL IN MODEL NUMBER AND SERIAL NUMBER AND GET THE CORRECT PART BEFORE HE STARTED THE WORK. HE JUST DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I DID NOT HIRE HIM BUT HAD TO PAY $64.50 FOR 1/2 SERVICE CALL. THEY CHARGE $64.50 JUST TO COME OUT AND I WAS NOT TOLD THIS.
