They kept at it until they had a solution and fixed the leak I had with the gas fireplace. They had to get more parts to try and kept coming back until it was right.

The technicians were very efficient and neat. Finished the work when they said they would.

I would have continued to use them if the price increase wasn't so high.

Awesome company. Answered questions and very professional. Always could be cheaper. Came to check out and had to order parts; took a few weeks to repair.

Franklin Heating responded right away by putting in a temporary circulating pump until new one would be procured and installed several days later.

Went fine! Call for assistance in the AM. Help arrived mid afternoon as outlined in phone call update as promised in initial call for assistance. Competent tech fixed problem, after diagnosis, and resulted in two old warm humans.

I've used this company for 15 years. Their techs always arrive on time, solve the problem immediately and don't charge a lot at all.

It went well. Installation was good. Follow-up was quick and responsive when their was a small problem.

Furnace stopped working at around 11:45 pm on 3/2/17. I went online and sent a message to Franklin Heating and Refrigeration requesting service anytime after 7:30 am on 3/3/17. They called me at 7:25 am to inform me that they were sending out a technician. Technician arrived at 8:00 am. By 8:45 am, furnace was fixed and technician left. Now this is how you run a business! I was so impressed with their service that I purchased a service contract with them to handle my yearly preventive maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend them. This was a BIG job! I was called daily to be informed the guys were enroute whick I appreciated. Took a little longer than anticipated but thats OK based upon the scope of work. Overall very satisfied. Only complaints I have are the gas line they ran to the hotwater heater is pretty crooked and doesn't look very professional-and they were sloppy with the pvc purple primer-I am obviously picky! May call them back since I need a gas line run to my fireplace anyway.

Their prices were very competitive and the installation of our new furnace was one of the great experiences of our house maintenance history. The installers (Mitch W. and Shane H.) arrived on time and were very polite and professional. The install looks good and works great. We are very pleased.

I have had them out several times from 2012-2015.

We had a really old unit that kept breaking, once they would fix one thing we would need something else.

The service has been fine. I have used them for 20 years. I am on a service contract with them.

It was unfix-able. My unit was sot and I needed to get quotes on new units. They refused to get me a quote on a new unit so I ended up calling 4 or 5 other providers and they all gave me their quotes. So I actually had a unit installed before they called me for the quote. It was a week before they even called me back to give me a quote. So I guess they were unresponsive on what I actually needed to get done which was a new unit.

I couldn't be more pleased. I moved in to a new house and within an hour realized the AC unit and pipes were frozen. I called multiple HVAC companies who were all booked, understandably given the season. Someone recommended Franklin and they were able to fit me in that same day. The on call technician fixed the unit that night and it was up and running again. The speed, quality and price were all great.

It was excellent work and they very professional. Jessica, Joy and Greg are great to communicate with.

Crew showed up on time and worked hard to install system in one day. Due to more work, that was needed. They came back the second day and ensured the system would provide heat prior to leaving the first day. Great job at cleaning up after as well.

Having done great work in the past, we called Franklin Hand R to get a quote. Cost was very reasonable, they were very flexible with scheduling, they sent two very professional installers. Completed the job timely and with great workmanship.

Our furnace would not come on and we scheduled for franklin to come out and they did a routine service call where they suggested a part that would cost us another 300 or 400 dollars. When we called for them to come back out, they did not call and we had to call them to find out that they were running late and would not be coming out. We tried to reschedule for another day where we had to off work again and they could not commit to time. They never called us first, we had to call them and they continued not to show up for the work to be done. Finally a week later, after taking off three days of work, we finally had someone new come out, but they brought the wrong part. After all the problems we had, we decided to go with a different service due to the loss of time and money dealing with Franklin. We may have only paid the $79 but the overall loss was much more than that.

My air conditioner stopped working, so I called Franklin to make an appointment. I had no idea what was wrong or what the repairs would require. The repairman found the problem was just a fuse that needed to be replaced. I've used Franklin before and I appreciate their reliability and honesty.

It started well. They came in and sealed vent joints and installed proper hangers. Bob Lingo told me this portion took 5 hours, so I felt I was right on budget time wise. That left 11 hours to install 25' of ductwork and a damper, connect the burner and adjust it by my estimate. The kettle required a steam vent (6" stainless) and 9" gas vent with barometric damper. I emailed Bob a photo of a similar kettle to show what the final product should look like. They then installed the barometric damper on the steam vent instead of the gas vent. A barometric damper feeds oxygen to the burner and helps carbon monoxide to escape to the outside of the building. This is very important and I would expect that any installer would know how they work and how to properly install one. I had them make the correction and install the damper on the gas vent. They never adjusted the burner. A state inspector pointed out a vent that was missed. This tells me that they did not look at the plans as it was clearly shown on the plans. Bob charged me for 35 hours of labor. I asked him for a breakdown of the bill and he sent me one. It indicates that two people are working on days when only one employee showed up for work. They are over billing for their services. The work performed would have been a complete disaster (and danger) had I not known something about what I was asking them to do. It took 5 trips and they billed me for the extra trips to make their corrections.

They installed the best product at the best price. They were helpful.
