They have been fine. On the phone, they were professional. The price is kind of regulated.

They were very helpful, but pretty rigid in their agreement, which I didn't like, but what they offered was optimal to my situation. They were very responsive and punctual. I would use them again.

We had a contract with Suburban Propane and we signed up again for this year.

I shopped various propane suppliers for a few weeks after we purchased our house in September. I was very pleased when I found Suburban, because there was a branch in Grove City and the staff is absolutely fantastic! We had our tank installed in October and the service technician that came out was already familiar with the property, as he had installed the line for the previous owner. They offered us some excellent billing options and automatic delivery, which we have been very happy with. Whether I am speaking to someone on the phone or in person, they are always very helpful and take all the time necessary to get all of my questions answered. I cannot speak for all of the branches, but the Grove City location rocks! When I called the office last week to inquire about the cost and procedure to have our tank re-located to another area of the property, the sales rep actually took the time to call the service technician to see if he was nearby, so he could give me some options and pricing! He was nearby (same tech that installed it) and was at my house within 45 minutes to walk the property, explaining what work would need to be done and suggested locations that would keep the cost to a minimum. A great team that has allowed me to keep enjoying being a first-time home buyer. Thanks!

I called Lisa who is the one in charge of installation and all those sorts. She was very helpful and patient with me every time I called her, understanding that she does it all the time and that I am doing it one time. Any time I call her she was always willing to help me and we planned the installation of the tank and it was installed underground. They were here exactly when they said they would be here. They were a wonderful company to work with. I think their price was good and their responsiveness was fantastic.
