I hired this pro because my furnace was leaking due to the condensation line being clogged. First off the day he was supposed to come he gave me a ETA but did not arrive, I texted to see if he was still coming and he made an excuse that his phone broke and he would come the next day. The next day he says he is 20 minutes away my husband waited and waited he finally came 2 hours or so later. He unclogged it and said he would be back in a few days to pour algaecide to make sure we do not have the issue again. I have texted him multiple times again and now he will not respond.
