Half of my stuff is from there and the experience is great. They people are very knowledgeable.

i was trying to get  and surprise my fiance' with a kindle fire. all of the gift cards i was given were not working the checkout girls acted liked i was holding them up! i felt embarrassed and frustrated, not only that i have a credit card with them and they lowered my amount because the changed companies since they are going bankrupted!!  i had great credit until these jerks changed companies......just a bad overall experience!!!!!

Not worth the price in labor and in my experience short cuts were made if you know were to find them.

They were excellent. They come out and repaired it (the TV set) for under $200. The price was for service call and parts, everything. It actually floored me. He (the repairman) was dead on. He actually had to make two trips because he didn't have the part he needed on the truck but it wasn't his fault since it wasn't his truck. He didn't charge me for the second trip. He came out the next morning and had it (the part) in installed in under a hour.

They told me they could install the stereo the day I bought it. After about a half hour, they realized that the parts inventory in their computer didn't match their actual inventory. They didn't have the right parts. They told me to check back in a few days. After checking back several times over the course of two weeks, they finally told me to go to another Best Buy location (which was 45 minutes away from me) to have them install it. Granted, it's a new store, so I understand the computer glitch, but they didn't handle it that well.
