Arrived promptly. Very efficient, knowledgeable in installing the properly protected circuit from the inside to the outside of the house. Did nice job at cleaning up after himself.

Dan was very professional, very helpful, and very responsive to any and all questions I had before, during, and after the work was completed. The level of customer service was absolutely paramount. This is how a business should be run! Jeff, the electrician who installed all of the lighting was very professional, very knowledgeable, precise, accurate, and patient with any questions I had during the installation. This company provided me with outstanding workmanship and the best price by far. I will be calling on Converse again for all my future electrical needs.

There was a schedule issue to start the project but everyone at Converse worked quickly to adjust and get us back on track. Jeff, the electrician that came on site was very professional and VERY helpful. As we walked through the ideas we had for the basement he was quick to offer suggestions and ideas to make sure we had the best possible layout. Our goal was an industrial look for the basement and we were happy that they understood our esthetic (not many vendors we met with did!). We were very happy with the price and the service that Converse provided. We look forward to working with them again for our upstairs projects!

The upgrade went very well. Very nice and professional. The upgrade took the entire day. The inspector from the City of Westerville complimented them on their work. This upgrade was part of a remedy to sell our home. We would call Converse again for our new home if needed.

It didn't cost very much and they were very efficient. They came on time and I've used them several times for electrical work. They were respectful about being around my home. They were neat and I felt safe around them. They were also polite and I felt that they were very honest as well.

They were two hours late and when they got here they gave no solutions and charged me for the service. They gave me the impression they did not know how to do the job and did not want to learn.

I had some outlets that worked intermittently, all of them working or not working at the same time. A handyman had been unable to fix the problem. Converse Electrical was one of the contractors allowed under my home warranty contract, so I called them. They came when scheduled, found the problem quickly, and replaced the problem outlets. They were finished in a little over an hour. I paid the $100 deductible required under my contract.
