I have recently moved to Grove City and my car needed major work done. I looked at the Grove City Town Money Saver and found Bill's on Broadway then checked on Angie's list (as I do with all services and purchases) to find an "A" rating. Which is rightly deserved. Bill called with the estimate and gave me options. The car was finished when promised but due to my work schedule could not pick it up. He gave me the option to pick it up after hours but I was unable to do so since I needed a ride. I did not have a way to do so being new to the area. His wife (shop manager ?) was kind enough to pick me up. When I got home and looked under the hood I was pleasantly surprised to find an very clean engine compartment. I have had work done on my cars over the years and can not think of one time that my engine compartment was cleaned. It was cleaner than I left it. They will be my go to shop when other repairs are needed!

My Mercedes dealer estimated over $1400 to repair a nonfunctional AC system. It appeared to be leaking freon but from their initial inspection, where or how was not yet known.
Bill's examined the vehicle thoroughly, found no leak, filled it with new freon with added chemicals to help diagnose any future leak, and sent me on my way. I was promised that if a leak was later found, the $325 would be applied toward the repair cost. I survived the summer with no evidence of a leak and a still functioning AC system. Very cool and satisfied customer!

The work was done on the same day. They have always finished the work on the same day. They are very professional, courteous, and they only replace what needs to be replaced. They are very preventive by pointing out issues that might come up in the future. They are the best.

It was excellent. They were really, really great. They were incredibly helpful and showed me what the problem was and showed me the part that was wrong. They have a great staff all around. They are honest and very straight forward. I intend on making the trip and going back.

It worked out ok but we are still having problems with our AC. They were very courteous, nice and prompt about taking it back and looking at it again but for some reason it's not working properly.

I had some problems and my car would not start so I called AAA and they jumped it and drove it to Bill's for repairs. It was on a Friday after hours and they were closed over the weekend. They worked on it yesterday and I picked it up but there was still a problem and drove it back off. They fixed it right away for no extra charge and when it was done they even back drove the car to me. I really like all the technicians there, they are kind and courteous. They are close to me and it is very accessible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bill and his wife, Judy, run the shop and are very professional and friendly. You can tell that Bill really loves cars; he knows so much about them and was very happy to talk about different possibilities for the future of my husband's "baby" with him. Judy called us and clearly communicated the work that needed to be done before any costs accrued. It seemed very fair and I felt confident that I could trust their opinion about the car's needs, perhaps because they really listened when we described our unique expectations for the level of service to give the car. They understood that, while my husband loves the car, he doesn't expect it to live forever and therefore, we're not going to dump a whole lot of money into it. We will absolutely make the trip to use their services again when the time comes.

It all went fine. I dropped it off the morning and picked up my car in the afternoon. They drove me to work. They even did a follow-up call to see how everything went.

Excellent service and communication. I suspected the heater core was bad. I have a 2001 Toyota RAV 4 with 255,000 miles. I had the original shocks and struts on the car. Bills on Broadways checked and gave me an estimate on cost and time. The heater core parts are expensive. I had checked online before the service was done. The shocks and struts are KYB which are original equipment and guaranteed for life. The car was completed one day sooner and the final price was $110 less. Bills on Broadway wanted to replace the cabin filter for a price. I told them I do that. When I picked up the car, Bills on Broadway said they replaced at no charge. I realize its not much, but anything free is rare theses days. I do most work on my RAV but this was too much for my skills,tools and time. It is expensive to repair cars with quality parts and service, Bills was honest, fair and my RAV still runs great 9 months and 15,000 miles later. I will use them again when needed!!!

"The price for the tires were high, there was only a certen brand they wanted which was 18in falken Ziex s/TZ-01 which cost $208.00 with mount and bal, we did advice other brands, but this is what they wanted. this was for a 2007 GMC Savana custom handycap conversion van, which everything on that van is expensive."

I couldn't say exactly how it went because my granddaughter took care of most of it. I think overall it was okay, there were no complaints. It was mostly because of location and because they were on Angie's List that we used them.

I have been to them a few times in the past two months. I spent about $1200 on the job. They were very nice. They were acknowledgeable. They have been very nice to me. I liked their service. They were very professional. I will certainly go back to them.

My check engine light was one for no apparent reason. Bill ran the diagnostics and five codes showed up. He investigated each one and didn't find any problems. He thought there might be a problem in the programming so he ran an update. Not only did the check engine light turn off, my eight year old car runs better than it did when I bought used from a dealer.

They did a great job and my van runs a lot better now. They actually stayed late because I wasn't going to be able to pick up my van until after they had closed. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.
