They installed a new battery and kept me informed the whole time. I got the car back in 2 hours (I dropped it off since I live within walking distance). They are always very friendly and even accepted my expired coupon from their last add which saved me an additional 10%.

They called me with additional repairs totaling 900 dollars, no work had been completed on the truck other than rotating the tires. I originally brought the truck in with a coupon for 39.99 for a front end alignment and what I ended up with was just having my tires rotated for a 112 dollars, they never completed the front end alignment and they charged me 3 times as much as the coupon. They kept on stating that $70 dollars was for a tear down fee, when they did not tear anything down.

I thought the price was very competitive and the service was outstanding.

Excellent. Everything went according to the estimate; was kept informed when unexpected problems surfaced. I will have this company do all my repairs in the future.

When I got on the phone with Bill, he told me he would provide an estimate. A woman called me back and told me they would not do anything to the car and that I should come and pick it up. They said they did not know what our expectations were. The woman would not let me explain what our expectations were. When we went to pick up the car at 4:40 PM, they had already closed, even though their hours stated they are open until 5:00 PM. I felt that I got mixed messages from different company employees. Judy hung up on me when I was telling her that we wouldn't be able to pick up the car until Friday and I wanted to find out if they would be open until 5:00 pm on Friday. I called to tell them I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until Friday. Judy Davenport said that was fine. I got a message a little later that same day saying if I don't pick it up by tomorrow (Thursday), it will be impounded. So now I have to have my sister, who's having surgery tomorrow, take me to get it tonight.

Checked with Angie's List for a referral regarding auto service and picked Bills on Broadway. From initial phone call to picking up my car, the staff was exceptional. The problem was explained in detail and the remedy was also explained. They promised to have the work completed Saturday afternoon and it was done on time, correctly and at a reasonable cost even though it involved a fair amount of overtime on their part. I would not hesitate to refer this service garage to anyone. They went above and beyond the call to ensure my satisfaction.

The vehicle was delivered one day with a description of the problem, and it was fixed and returned the next day.

I went in for a tire balance and to have my front brakes checked. Only to discover that my tires needed replaced along with the front brakes. I had recently had my vehicle in to Hatfield and was not comfortable with the service. I did not realize how unsafe my car was. It drives so much better now. I will take my car here from now on.

He is great. He will give you rides to where you need to go when you drop your car off. He is very pleasant and when he had to take car back once, he fixed it for no additional charge.

Bill personally road tested my car with me to confirm the problem. Bill is very educational...he explains what is going on and doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. He likes you to understand what he is doing so you know what you're getting from him. Bill explained the situation to Eric, his alignment technician, who carefully inspected the car, showed me there was nothing broken or worn out even though the car has 110k miles. He showed me that the alignment was incorrect (missed by the previous shop). Eric then corrected the alignment, road tested the car himself, and came back to tell me that although better, the pull could still be felt slightly. Eric and Bill both re-checked the suspension and alignment, rotated the tires (for free), and suggested I run the tire pressure a bit higher. We road tested again and the problem was gone. Conscientious, thorough, and honest. They stuck to the low end of the estimate too! Only $45.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO US BY NATIONAL AUTO LEASE INC. HE IS A ONE MECHANIC AUTO SHOP, VERY DEAD ON WITH HIS ESTIMATES. I REALLY BELIEVE THAT HE GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY. HE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE IN PRICE.
