They were very good. They were prompt in getting here, and they solved the problem.

Jerry was very prompt in coming out to set out traps and retrieve them. Unfortunately, we didn't block up the hole quickly enough so another raccoon entered our attic less than a week later and Jerry had to make a return trip and set out more traps. In order to save money it was up to me to call in whether the traps were empty or not. After the second raccoon was caught and it was apparent that the opening needed to be properly sealed, Jerry recommended someone we could hire to do the work which we did. Jerry explained a lot to me about raccoons and what I needed to do.

I called Jerry for an estimate but decided not to use him. His charge is $95 service charge - which includes an inspection - and then $59 per animal caught. That had the potential to get very expensive. I also needed to have flashing put on to keep the squirrels out, but I didn't bother asking after hearing the other figures.

He gave an estimated price of $98 to remove it. When I asked (not as an upsell or scare tactic), he explained some possible complications and solutions such as if the vent has been damaged,or the birds have gotten into the attic. He offers same pricing for 7-day service. I decided to try to get the nest out myself, but would certainly consider them first if I need to bring in a professional.

He gave me a fair price and good advice. I would call him again. I believe he is honest and reliable. I also called him this morning and he was out very quickly.

I found a critter control company on angies list. When talking on the phone the guy says he just finishing up a gig in German Village and he can meet me right now. 10 minutes later I pull up and the guy gets out of his truck with a handfull of traps. We get up on the roof and the guy says; "I'm not sure you need me". Yep, I checked three hours ago, but now there is one p***** of squirrel in my trap. He's hauling up the trap and I'm telling him; "I don't care what you do with the squirrel, but if you are going to kill him, please don't tell me" He said; " Don't worry, This squirrel won't come back." As I'm trying to pretend that he's taking the squirrel to the farm in upstate New York to play with the puppies; he's holding up the cage and staring at the squirrel. He said; "The good news is you got the squirrel making a nest. The bad news is, she's nursing." arrrrrrrrrrgh! I went inside and pounded on the walls. He was outside with a 30 foot pool and a loop at the end. I heard him rattling around with the pole then I hear him say "Whooa!" As I look out the window I see a squirrel falling from the roof. He reaches out and catches it in the air in his gloved hand! He's a damned Ninja Squirrel Catcher! He suggested I keep my trap out as they will come out looking for food soon. If I go 5 days with no more squirrels, THEN have the hole closed up.

It worked out well. Initially, we couldn't find the raccoon so we left the abate traps out. He had been gone about an hour when the raccoon showed up in the garage. I called him back, and he came back later that afternoon and took care of the rest of the problem.

Jerry came as promised; removed the bat and charged us the going price. I have used him on other ocassions and will use him again. Jerry is very nice and knowledgeable.

Jerry caught a mole the very first night; Jerry removed that mole promptly. I continued to check the traps daily and after three weeks of no additional moles, Jerry removed the traps.

I was hearing noises in a bedroom and thought we might have an animal in the attic. Jerry came out and inspected the outside first. He found a small hole and covered it up. A couple weeks passed and I was still hearing the noises so I called him to come out again. This time he went up into the attic, but didn't find anything animal related that was causing the noise. He was very thorough and did not charge me for the second visit. Jerry was always very polite, on time, and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend him!

They came out on the same day of our call and placed two traps. By the time I got home from work that day, they had caught TWO groundhogs! We didn't even know we had two -- we just though there was one. They came out to remove the animals the next morning, and we asked them to replace the traps just in case there were more that we didn't know about. When a day and half went by without any more trappings, we knew we were clear. They were very efficient and friendly, and didn't charge us for replacing the traps the second time. I also really love that rather than coming out to check the traps every day and charging a fee for it, the property owner calls in by 9:00 a.m. to report whether there's a catch or not. They also told us how to properly bury cage wire to keep animals from coming back, and what type of wiring to buy to prevent rusting. Great experience, would definitely use Affordable Animal Control again.

Jerry was prompt and very pleasant to work with. He was also the best price I found.

We had been hearing noises, but he couldn't find an opening. He didn't charge me a fee. He was very polite about everything. He was honest. He would not take any money, which is very unusual. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone. He was very responsive to phone calls. He showed up early for the appointment.

They came out to catch a racoon that had gotten inside my roof. They did a great job, and I will use him again. He is a great guy, he has set prices, and he is punctual.

Out of all of the companies that I called, he is the only one that will come out to pick up a deer. He arrived less that 2 hours after I called him. He was willing to tramp out into the wooded yard and understanding when all we found was a broken arrow and a lot of blood, but no deer.

They do not charge you coming out and checking the traps on a daily basis. Your check your own traps and call in the results in the morning. I had this company set traps for skunks, and squirrels. He is always there by the phone waiting for you to call. He is very knowledgeable about setting traps, and will set as many as needed. I have used them since and they are always great. I would highly recommend them to anyone with animal issues.

We were happy with the service. We did have to have them come out again after more animals were sighted a couple weeks after the initial removal (hence the high cost) but this was no fault of the company. The representative was very helpful in answering questions on how to prevent the groundhogs from coming back, which I thought was nice.

Very professional! I called to have a possum removed and they were there within an hour. Very quick and professional, I would not hesitate to use them again!

They did a good job, they charged a lot but they did work with me. They came on time and got the job done in a timely manner and all in all I was pleased.

I had the traps for about 1 1/2 weeks. We ended up catching a couple of raccoons that may have been using the deck for shelter but never did get the skunk. Jerry suggested things we could do to see if the animals were using the deck again. The skunk may have been a transient skunk - unfortunately we are near a creek so we get animals a lot. Jerry was very good to work with - reasonable pricing, reliable, and helpful.

Jerry did a great job diagnosing and providing remedy for the problem. He saved us a great deal of money because he allows the homeowner to check the traps daily without having to pay for daily inspections that he could do. We were impressed with how much Jerry knew about animal behavior to describe what had happened. We also liked his humane actions in releasing the squirrel rather than killing it. He assured us that the squirrel would be released far enough away as not to return to the scene of the crime!

I was required to call company each day to identify a 'catch or no catch' by a designated time. Failure to do this could have resulted in being charged for a 'no catch'.
