It went great! They kept in contact with me regarding schedule (rain delays) and arrived when they said they would be here. Followed up after job was completed to schedule a small amount of finish work (paint vent pipes). Everything that had to be moved from my patio and front flower pots were all replaced before they left at the end of the job

They gave me an estimate in August and said they could do the work by the end of October. In October they told me it would be the week after Thanksgiving, and then it changed to the week before Christmas. They finally got the job done on Christmas Eve. They showed up first on a Friday, tore a portion of the roof off and covered it with a tarp, and then left to do another job. They didn't come back until Tuesday. Because of the weather I didn't go out to inspect everything the way I normally would have, but in the Spring I noticed a large hole in one of my gutters that, according to their own inspection report, hadn't been there prior to the roof installation. The staff was personable and friendly and deserve credit for sticking around on Christmas Eve to finish the job.

From the first phone call I knew that I was dealing with a professional organization. Shortly after a site visit by the owner, we receive a detailed written estimate. Options at different price levels were offered. Phone calls and e-mails were returned quickly and questions were answered fast. The work was performed in a workman like manner. Any questionable roof sheathing was removed and replaced at a fair price. All construction debris was removed from the site promptly. A clearly understandable invoice was presented upon the completion of the work. Highly recommended.

The day the estimate was to be made, I was to meet the roofer at the location. The roofer never showed up. Later the estimate was made when I was not able to be there. The job came over the estimate, but that was because there was more dry rot than first seen. Overall, I am pleased with the job and the provider called to be sure we were satisfied with the job.

Communication about the time of arrival and some additional work that was needed was excellent. All work was completed as requested.

They were extremely professional and thorough. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

They were on time and everything that they have done so far has been great.  There is a five year warranty on it and they performed as promised.  The roof is not leaking anymore.  They were all impeccable.  They go above and beyond.  They clean up well after themselves.

I called for an estimate and had it within a few days. They came and did the work the following week. Mickey's have worked on my roof, gutters and sky lights in the past. I will call and hire them again. Very clean, polite and professional.

Nate came out and gave me an estimate on 21 Oct 2013. Work was started 14 Nov 2013.
They fixed nail pops and replaced some shingles. Replaced a 4 foot section of garage roof that was sagging.
Adjusted Gutter in front of garage that was not draining properly.
Installed 20 feet of drip edge.
Installed new Bath Vent in roof on 14 Nov 2013. 
After weekend of storms I heard a lot of loud banging from the roof. I look in attic and notice that the vent did not look like
the correct one. It was too large. I called Sunday afternoon 17 Nov to leave a message, I was surprised when Nate answered the phone, I was expecting an answering machine.
I told him what was happening and he stated he would send a crew out to install the correct vent Monday 18 Nov 2013.
The crew showed up Monday morning and got right to work. Replaced the vent with the correct one and connected it up.
The estimate was right on. No surprises. The crew are very professional, work quickly, and are very helpful. 
They stand by their work and will make it right if you are not happy. 
I would definitely recommend to anyone that is considering roofing or gutters to give Mickey's Roofing a call to get an estimate.
They will be one of my companies I call in the future for any work requiring roofing or gutters.

They were prompt in returning calls and came out quickly to give and estimate and the work was done in about a week.

Everything went very well, we were happy with their work. They were easy to work with, provided quality work, and showed up on time. We have a different style of roof which required some quality problem solving skills.

I think they did a good job. I'm not really a gutter expert, but I could tell stuff had been washed out and something done about the jutting spikes and one part that was pulling away.
I was initially uncomfortable with never actually meeting the person who did the estimate or the work, but I'm beginning to feel like that is typical in this field.
Also, while my phone calls were generally  returned promptly, I wouldn't say the whole thing proceeded swiftly --
although, again, I guess this is typical in a weather-dependent field
and when we had a much-less-pressing job than people with actual damage.

They are very good at what they do. They stand behind their work. If there is anything that I am not satisfied with, they will come back out and take care of it. I would use them again.

Fast response, good weather to work in. Job was started about 10days from my order and completed in4-5 working days.  Excellent staff and supervisor.  Courteous, capable workers and no rowdyness or excessive noises.  Quick to follow up after completion to remedy a couple of glitches.

The problem required them to take out several layers of shingles and put new flashing.  They hit their targets on time.  The people were courteous and the workmanship was fantastic.  They were great to work with.  I was satisfied.  I have nothing against them.  They were absolutely outstanding in their follow-up and everything.  They called today and said they wanted to check and see whether we had any issues and whether there was anything else they could do for us.  I think that's unusual in today's world.
