PIONEER TABLE PAD CO

Just received our table pad, and it is better than I could have imagined. It is thick and sturdy and fits our table perfectly. Pioneer was extremely helpful; they helped me find my table manufacturer's model number; they helped me pick a finish; they helped me pick a backing. We've had our table for 20 years, and now, we finally have a table pad!

It went very well and that’s why I’m giving this review. I carefully measured my table and leaves and submitted my order via internet. A woman called back within a couple hours to confirm my order, and fortunately we discovered I had made a mistake and we were able to correct it. The pads arrived, they are quite nice. Unfortunately, two were a half inch too long. I emailed them and they discovered the error on their part and re-submitted the order. They told me to keep the old ones instead of having to ship them back. The new ones have arrived and unfortunately, there was a slip-up by the manufacturer, so I called the company and worked with them again to get the order right. It’s a good idea to ask for color samples, too, before ordering. I was particularly impressed with the quality of customer service and willingness to admit an error on their part, and to remedy it promptly and politely. Even though there were mistakes twice, I’m still impressed enough that I wanted to write a good review for them. And the table pads are very, very nice. I recommend this company.

Which was important to me in my choice of table pad manufacturers. The informational packet I ordered online was very comprehensive, and included samples of all their finishes and backing choices, along with very complete instructions for measuring and ordering. The person with whom I spoke on the phone was also very helpful in the ordering process. The table pad I ordered arrived very soon after I ordered it. I was impressed with the quality and perfect fit. The perfect fit owes to the precise measuring instructions given to the customer in the ordering kit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting table pads.

We used Pioneer to make table pads for us for two different tables. They send out a kit with precise instructions and different fabrics, etc, to choose from. The table pads arrived in a timely manner and fit exactly as needed. I've recommended this company to many different people.

I spoke with Karen on the phone regarding my new table and the size of the pad. She felt that she had done a pad prior for this style table when I described it and told her where it was purchased. The table itself had no number or code to go by. She made a slight adjustment according to my measurements. Unfortunately, we should have gone by her measurements as the leaves were just slightly larger. I called them and they told me that they would remake the leaves at no cost. The leaves came and fit perfectly. I was most pleased with their work and courtesy.
