I called Sunshine Heating and Cooling on Sunday, January 10, 2016.  My tenant furnace was not working.  They were very prompt and they diagnosed the problem.  Mike communicated to me that board and the heat exchange should be replaced.  He quoted me a price of $1,374.00. He also it came with a 30 day warranty and guarantee. I asked if it would make sense to repair or replace.  I started getting other estimates from other companies.  I sent a company out to give me a 2nd opinion and he stated the board was missing and the furnace was dismantled and taken apart.  He was unable to give us a quote.  Mike called me and assured me that he could fix the furnace. I gave them a $500.00 deposit to special order the parts.  They come out on Friday, January 15, 2016 to repair the furnace.  The tenant indicated that the furnace was still not blowing.  The furnace was still heating but not blowing.  On, Sunday, January 17, 2016 the tenant called indicating the furnace was not working properly.  I contacted Sunshine Heating and Cooling at 9 am that morning.  The technician was not available until 3pm.  He came out and said the furnace need a pressure switch and a inducer motor. I asked for a refund since the furnace was only operating for 2 days.  They refuse to refund any money.  So now I have to find someone to install a new furnace.  I would not recommend this company to anyone and I plan on suing them in small claims court.  very unprofessional.

Communicated through text and he was a no show and never responded after other texts and a voicemail. You'd be better going with another provider.
