Integrity has leveled a number of sidewalk tiles for me, lifting and leveling where possible or removing and replacing when that was needed. The work has been excellent. Joe was prompt in getting me an estimate, made sure I was comfortable with the scope of the work to be performed, and quickly completed the job. I felt that the price was quite reasonable for the work performed. I strongly recommend Integrity Contracting to anyone looking to have concrete leveled.

I needed tuckpointing to repair to Shaker Heights inspection violations. One of the problems had to do with broken bricks in my window wells. Joe actually created imitation bricks out of red cement so they would go with the color of the other bricks, but without the cost of removing a section of brick and replacing it altogether. When one of his "bricks" actually extended so far out that the grate couldn't fit back over the window well, Joe came back the following day and fixed it without charge.

Joe Schillero wrote up a contract and made sure it had all the details, time frame and amounts listed and delivered what he said and when he said he would do it. He and his employee were very professional and polite. The job turned out Great! I would use him again. His Company name says it all! Integrity Contracting.

Joe came the day I called to give us an estimate. His punctuality, price, and professionalism earned the job. Due to rain and bad weather it took a week before conditions were right to do the work, but the first day the weather broke, Joe and his son called and came out. Work took about two hours--we thought it would take much longer, and now I have fantastic straight and even sidewalk blocks. They were very thorough and paid attention to detail--before they left they did a complete check of their worksite and a thorough cleanup. I was amazed at how good they were. I guess they chose a very good name for their company because their work reflects their "Integrity".

Joe and son removed all the cracked sidewalk and disposed of the debris with little stress on the lawn. They then leveled the panels to comply with city regulations. They also poured 2 new panels and everything looked great when they were finished. Took 2 days; very efficient and professional.

Responded promptly to phone message and came out the same day to view the work that needed to be done. Developed a creative solution to a slab that the city wanted leveled (the problem was really with several OTHER slabs) and had me check with the city inspector before writing up an estimate. With the city's OK, provided a written estimate and completed the work within several days. Indicated concerns about tree roots and other potential problems.

We received 4 or 5 estimates that were much lower than Integrity Contracting. However, after meeting with Joe and discussing our options it was a no brainer to go with this company. The work was performed on the date promised. Roots were cut out and all sidewalk pads were leveled. the quality of the work exceeded my expectations.  Would hire again.  A great contractor to work with.

I talked to Joe, who was very responsive.  Although his company could not perform the work that I was requesting, Joe was extremely helpful and offered suggestions and tips for me.  I would not hesitate to use him for work in the future.  Great guy.
