In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. BUSINESS HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST. Saturday - By Appointment Only. Sunday - CLOSED spending time with our families! Emergency Tarping Services Available 7 days a week!

Dan and Tiffany were great to work with. Tiffany provided helpful reminders about appointments and proactively reached out with backup plans when inclement weather was expected. Dan is such a stand up and honest guy, he made me feel confident and comfortable with how in depth he went. When talking about damage Dan knew exactly what the insurance companies would expect for a claim. Very hands on experience by the owner of the company from start to finish. He spent a lot of time assessing the problems (hours compared to minutes with other companies. The customer service was great. Although I cannot go inspect all the work on the roof because I dont know exactly what I am looking for, I am confident their thoroughness of inspection will carry through to the end product.

My home is a very contemporary with asphalt shingle roof & cedar siding, however, the builder/architect incorporated a flat membrane roof at the entry that has been highly problematic (translation - prone to leakage). Low windows made proper flashing very difficult. Brian came up with a solution that involved removal of one wall of siding, the existing membrane, and the gutters, and then completely reworking the flashing and window seals prior to installation of a new roof, siding, and gutters. Attention to detail was exemplary and Redtail's crew were a pleasure to work with. Kudos to all involved.

My repair I need home advisor does not offer a selection. I needed soffit repair on the back of my garage. This company was in the neighborhood doing a repair. I spoke with Brian and asked for quote and he gave me one. I agreed to the quote and the repair was completed. This company is very service oriented and provides great customer service. They are a class act and I would highly recommend there services.

The employee assigned to our job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The only problem we had was that quite a few nails were left on the ground and they were supposed to use a magnet to pick them up at the end of the job. Honestly, Iâ m not sure if it was the roofers or the crew replacing the gutters who left them. Other than that we are very pleased.
