Everything went well

Dave was quick to reply and arrange an inspection. He explained everything, took photos of the places I couldn't access (the attic) and provided a lot of peace of mind for me to understand the issues I am dealing with. Very professional, but approachable.

I hired David to inspect a home I was considering after the initial home inspection team noted some potential issues with the beams in the basement. David was easy to work with and came out on short notice to give a very thorough inspection of the home's foundation and made recommendations that would benefit the property in the long-term. The price for the inspection was very reasonable, and I would absolutely hire him again if I should ever need structural engineering services in the future.

In my first contact, I shared with David Vics/Professional Engineer concerns with structural issues identified in my new home under construction. He instantly earned my confidence and met on-site to provide a thorough inspection of the cracks and bowing in the foundation. I needed a quick but detailed assessment to avoid losing lots of money - and he delivered. David Vics was well prepared upon arrival, and shared his observations, analysis and potential solutions as we walked carefully along the entire foundation - inside and out. Before departing, he shared with me the essential components of his assessment that would be provided in written report - delivered less than 24 hours later. His recommendations were adopted by the builder. I would strongly recommend his professional engineer service to my family, closest friends, and anyone in need of personal, professional engineer skilled analysis- knowing he will deliver.

I worked with Dave and he was very pleasant to work with. Fast turn around on getting our screens repaired, returned and reinstalled. The screens look fantastic I will absolutely use Dr. Screen again if I need more screen work done.
