We finished our basement and Dustin did an amazing job with the plumbing. It was an extensive project which included two full baths, a laundry room, a steam shower, and kitchenette. He was very knowledgeable and even the inspector was impressed by his work. We would definitely recommend him and hire him again for other projects.

Dustin was great, he was very professional and courteous, and explained what needed done to fix the leak, and what I might need to fix in the future. He didn’t try to sell me unneeded services, which I hear a lot of companies do. Will definitely call Parson Plumbing and Drains for all future plumbing needs.

Dustin is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced. I've had him do a couple of jobs for me and he's always gotten the job done with no issues once the job has been completed. In my opinion, he is a 5 Star Contractor who is licensed and insured. Would recommend his services to anyone who needs a plumber!

I’ve never had any issues with any projects they’ve done. Always prompt with scheduling, efficient with completion time, and better yet, everything works when they’re done! I really like the fact that I can barely tell they were even there after the service is complete. The area they are working in is always cleaner than it was when they started. I highly recommend Parson for anything plumbing related.

Needed a new sink and toilet for the guest bathroom. Dustin gave us a fair estimate, and was able to provide insight and gave us options on what faucet/toilet would be best for us. He had someone come out a few days later and we couldn't be happier with the work! We've had trouble with bigger plumbing companies in the past, but Parson Plumbing's attention to detail and customer service put our minds at ease. Would hire again.
