It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. Any questions or concerns were addressed within 48 hrs. They reassured me every step of the way. I had concerns about the top of the siding near the shingles of the roof and questions about the underside near the ground. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and with the professionalism of this company. I highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job. From Bill in sales, Janice in Adminstration to Chris, Patrick & Robert who actually built our porch roof. It looks awesome. They were here everyday early and worked late. They did a beautiful job cleaning up as they went along. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Ohio exteriors. And the price was reasonable too!! We will definitely use them again for any projects we might have.

The crew was really good and accommodating, they did a great job. However, they changed some measurements without telling us, and we got so many wrong layouts and we missed one change that really bothers me now that it's finished. Overall, I feel that it's not a good bang for your buck..

This company seemed a godsend as we have been looking for an estimate for roof replacement/repair/insulation/drywall for a leak in our sunroom/kitchen. Prior estimates told us we would need a roof replacement, but they could not do the other items listed. I contacted this company and got the rudest response for just scheduling an estimate! I have never had a company tell me to LOOK ELSEWHERE before even sending out someone to tell me if the repairs/replacement can be fixed! Nevermind, I will take our money elsewhere.

The finished product is great. James arranged the work and he was personable, informed, and made suggestions that we included. I would use him again and recommend him to others. Two glitches were 1) his original estimate was incomplete and the revision added 25% to the final cost, 2) the company neglected to secure a permit and a city inspector shut down the work until the proper permit was secured. Neither issue affected the final product.

We had an excellent experience with Ohio Exteriors! We’ve done a lot of projects with many different companies- this is the one and only company that responded quickly to each and every concern. They handled both the windows and siding as if they were working on their own home. The owner cares and has hired employees that care. They took care of every detail - we didn’t have to do a thing. I would highly recommend Ohio Exterior for either windows or siding.

this was a pleasant experience. I had a chance to connect with the owner (James) and his EA (Janice) when he wasn't available. They were both responsive and professional. The work was scheduled pretty quickly based on availability and the actual work was done in 1 day (which was great given the weather conditions). James then reviewed the work and gave me the full report of what was done. Granted we only have this roof for about 6m but so far so good. The price was slightly above average (based on my personal research), however I'd definitely recommend them based on the level of service. One complaint I have that the crew broke my flower by placing a latter on it while working, otherwise given everything else was done well I gave the overall "A"

They did an excellent job from beginning to end. The owner, James, came to the house and did the estimate and contract. They were very thorough and I was very satisfied. Their quote was right in the ballpark and I would definitely hire them again. I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the work done by Ohio Exteriors. The experience was excellent. One of the reasons I chose Ohio Exteriors was their ability to take care of all of my requirements - roof, skylights and insulation. The skylight installation was superb. The installer did a great job framing the skylights on the ceiling and making sure everything looked perfect. After the roof was replaced, James inspected the job. He found one issue that needed to be addressed and had one of his roofers come back to make sure it was done correctly. I enjoyed working with James and appreciated his frequent communication with me.

The work was done for a small condominium association of 3 units. It was important for us to work with a contractor, who could analyze several sources of leaks, which had been worked on by other contractors, without satisfactory solutions. Ohio Exteriors fulfilled our needs and expectations from the beginning. They were very professional and listened patiently among the three owners as we weighed and debated options. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. The one timing issue was a 2-3 week delay in the gutter installation, but given the busy schedules of contractors this summer, we thought that the project was completed in a timely manner.
