Reflections HSR, LLC, offers specialized hard surface cleaning and restoration services. We clean and restore stone, tile and grout, concrete, and many other hard surfaces. We use the latest state of the art equipment in residential and commercial environments, serving the greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas. Our goal is to provide the best hard surface restoration service possible. We normally achieve around 75% restoration depending on the substraight and age of the surface. We can also prolong the time between cleanings by offering a full line of sealants to reduce the absorption rate of new dirt.

Services we offer

Brick - Walls and Pavers, Concrete - Driveways, Garages, Hard Surface Restoration - Indoor / Outdoor Tile and Grout, Service Stations, Showers and Surrounds, Siding, Stone, Warehouses, and we also can strip decks and fences for re-staining. We use high pressure, heated water with vacuum to extract the dirt. Our system is designed to prevent the mess associated with pressure washing. We extract the dirt from the surface.

All projects were completed to my satisfaction; a couple times they returned to make something right that I was not quite satisfied with (at no additional cost). If the expectations of the work are explained clearly, the results will be as expected. The crew is friendly and takes care to ensure that they don't leave messes after their work. I will be using this crew again when I have more items on my honey-do list than I can/want to take care of myself.

The concrete was in bad shape since it had been neglected for quite a few years. Chris Sperry, and his family, came in and worked extremely hard to restore the areas to their original look when they were new. Reflections is not a company that will bid the job, do it, take the check and leave. They were constantly concerned that we were happy with the results every step of the way, and they weren't going to leave until they knew for sure that we had gotten what we wanted and were satisfied. Chris even contacted two or three times after the job had been finished to make sure that I hadn't noticed anything that wasn't right.
While they were doing the job, if they were running a little late and weren't going to be here at the time he had told me the day before, he sent me a text to let me know.
