They provided a detailed quote, worked with me to schedule good dates to do the work, arrived as planned, and did the work. I used the fireplace most weekends last winter and have not had any problems.

Mid-Valley Chimney Repair & Sweep is a good company. They were okay and I didn?t have any problems with them. I really can?t say anything about the quality, since I haven?t been able to use it so far and so I really don?t know as to how good it?s going to stand out. Their responsiveness was pretty good. I will be a little more competitive with other companies in the future.

I think I spent about $100 or $125. It went well and they told me exactly what was wrong with it, so I knew what I was going into. They explained everything and knew exactly was I was up against. They provided me with a quote to fix the repairs or do exactly what needed to get it working. They also gave me another quote for do needed to be done plus the cosmetic like the bricks on the outside, so they provided me with the high end and low end to actually fix it so that it was useable. Their pricing was reasonable.

Matt returned my phone call the very next day and came out immediately for an estimate. I was so impressed with his work after he finished the chimney, I asked him to repair the sunken bricks on my sidewalks. He is very efficient and very fair. His employees think he is fair also.
