Fabulous. We had them several times and it's been a while because we got a new piece for the air conditioner, but we had him several times and he was ultra responsive. And his pricing was below normal. And of course it depends on the problem because they work on appliances too.

Due to the age of the unit, a few parts needed to be replaced. Special orders had to be placed and he was very good at keeping us informed of the progress and when he expected parts in. His response time was great.
