Daughter made an appt. for she and I as her late Mother's Day gift to me. We arrived about 10 minutes early at which time my daughter's stylist took her immediately. My hair stylist, Katie Daczi, took me promptly when she arrived for her shift shortly thereafter. She carefully listened to what I wanted done and asked the appropriate questions. I never felt rushed, but more importantly, I felt from the get go that she was tuned into what I wanted done and focused on that throughout the entire process of highlighting and cutting (unlike some stylist's who will occasionally do it 'their way' despite being specifically shown how short/long etc. the customer expresses their hair to be done).
When choosing the color she was patient and highlighted my hair exactly as I had envisioned. I wanted dramatic - I got dramatic. I wanted chic - I got chic. The cut was perfect, Highlighting was gorgeous.She knew what she was doing and didn't deviate from my wants despite chatting, etc. She was professional and pleasant and the other staff was as well. 
I am so excited to find someone who does it my way in a knowledgeable. professional manner and does a wonderful job at it. I will definitely be a return customer!
