"I went back to March 12,2014 and this person IS NOT in any of our scheduling system , no record of his information is in our system , no record in our payment system, I am 100 % confident this was not a client of Sparkle Clean. However I would like to mention there was a lady that had advertisement on her vehicle Sparkle CLEANING which we addressed that problem with her. We have had our company and name registered for 30 years ..."

"I am sorry that you did not get a return call , I did not recieve a message from you, I keep records of every call that comes into the office and I do not have your name .I'm sorry if your call was lost some where in the messaging system . This is not our business practice to ignore customers . If the oppurtunity arises again please give the office a call and I assure you it will be answered...."
