North Shore completely renovated our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the result. They were responsive to all of our requests and made themselves available to answer questions we had during the process. They finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards each day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen renovation.

This renovation far exceeded our expectations. It was our first time having a major renovation done and it was a huge success! Mike is truly talented. His work is meticulous and his finishes are so amazing. I appreciated how he was thorough and made sure everything was done properly. He took our bathroom down to the studs and completely built it from the ground up. He was always easy to contact and was always available to walk you through the details of the project. He was helpful in guiding us on how to select certain finishes as well. We are so thrilled with the result of our bathroom and look forward to having him work on future projects in our home.

Awesome. Mike and joe removed old bathroom tub , shower , flooring to the studs . Mike and joe installed new floor , free standing tub , all the plumbing , stunning shower. He removed wall , door and enlarged shower , removed soffit and moved the toilet . He painted , installed all fixtures and offered helpful suggestions when needed. Mike was good at communicating , hard working, tidy and reliable!! We couldn't be happier with our bathroom renovation !!!

Mike did an outstanding job. Extremely high quality work. In addition, he shows up when he says he is going to, and he finished the job on time.

They were very responsive, reliable and punctual and the end result was amazing!! The bathroom looks great and I get many compliments on it!

Working with North Shore was fantastic! Michael followed the exact project schedule we developed together and was always on time and precise. He showed great attention to detail in resurfacing and leveling the floors of my nearly 100 year old home. He suggested adding in the built in shelf to my shower which I really love and hadn't thought of myself. I will definitely work with North Shore again and continue to recommend to anyone who is looking for a contractor in the greater Cleveland area.

I've been in and around the real estate profession my entire life, so you'd think we'd have a go-to list of contractors to tackle a project as large as this one and hire without hesitation. Unfortunately, very few have separated themselves from the pack for me to rely on for work on our home and I was increasingly skeptical and anxious going into the hiring process. I feel very fortunate to have found Mike Dubiel and North Shore Build. Mike's attention to detail, thoroughness, and clear communication made this basement project seamless and stress-free. The experience was exceptional, as was the final product. Mike takes a ton of pride in his work. He worked with a sense of urgency at all times, (which is nice to see when your kitchen is torn up) yet he is conscientious and careful. He is a true craftsman. Later that year, our house sold in a day. Can you guess why? We hope he will do the kitchen and bathrooms in our new house, when we’re ready.

The work looks great - especially the kitchen! They patiently worked with us even when the countertop company made several errors. If we found any details later that needed fixed they have always come back! I would highly recommend!
