They notified me prior to coming, were punctual, very professional, and did a great job. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Constantine was amazing! Showed us before and after pictures. Was a total neat freak, which we are too. After he worked on vents, vacuumed around the area to make sure nothing blew back onto the floor. Was very thorough. Answered questions and was very professional. We have a rental and will definitely be using them again (and asking for Constantine).

Cleaned all ductwork for my customer after I installed 2 additions and a kitchen

The cleaning went ok overall, they weren't too attentive about covering all of the vents well, they missed one and only half covered one. I ended up closing/resealing some myself because of the terrible rattling sound that was being made by the open vents. They pushed getting the dryer vent cleaned for a pretty big fee, they just had the same tool I already had bought at the store (for $20), not some special professional machine or anything. Aside from that, things went well, the vacuum machine is very loud so be aware that pets/small children may be bothered by the noise.

Excellent job! Very friendly and profession! Very fastidious about work. They even did vents I told them they could skip due to accessibility. Very Happy with the work!

Cleaned HVAC ductwork. Did a decent job. But they broke a light bulb in the crawlspace and failed to tell me about it. Also did not clean up in the crawlspace when they were finished.

everything went well. They were on time, professional. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Constantine called me at 8 and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. Promptly at 8:30 he rang my doorbell. After checking to determine the location of the ducts and returns, he set to work efficiently to do his job. Constantine showed us a picture taken on his cell phone before and after the dust was removed. The ducts looked new! I will use this company again. The service was quick and efficient and their representative prompt and personable.

Two techs showed up on time as scheduled and were courteous and methodical going to every duct outlet in the house. They did not appear to stir up much dust during the cleaning and our ducts did not appear to be that bad. Afterwards though, there was a fine layer of dust on most surfaces throughout the house. Cleaning the ducts was something I wondered if we needed and the jury is still out on whether this was really helpful. Otherwise, I give the company a B to B+ for their service.

They were very professional and friednly. They missed a few vents however, and came back to finish those and also fix the dryer vent.

I purchased a big deal to have my ducts and dryer vent cleaned, but never heard from Lowe's at all. When I called them the first time I got voice mail, even though it was during business hours. When I called the second time, I got voice mail again and the message said they would be closed the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of January but it was the morning of the 31st and no one was answering the phones. After about a week of no communication I called Angie's List to have the deal refunded and went with another Angie's List provider because I needed the service done right away. The second provider answered the phone right away and gave me an appointment time for right after the new year. I'm giving a grade of a D and not an F because I realized I purchased the deal right before the new year and many businesses were closed for a couple days. But even with that said, some type of communication, even if it was just to say they would be in touch after the new year, would have been the appropriate and professional thing to do.

The first appointment was not met. The service provider attempted to call me several times but due to unfortunate communication problems, we did not get the message that the service provider was running late. The service provider came to the house late in the evening to ensure that they spoke with us about lateness and communication issue and offered to clean the air duct that same evening or set an appointment for another day. I was impressed with their effort to establish communication link with me and to resolve the problem same day with solutions. We decided to make another appointment. I was not home for the cleaning but my wife was very impressed with their work, professionalism and attitude. We recommend the service to others.

It went well. The two guys that showed up; I thought that they did a really good job and they worked really hard.

The guys showed up exactly when they said they would. I had just had new carpet installed so without asking them to they both took their shoes off and were very careful about not tracking any dirt throughout the house. They were both very friendly and did a great job. They even managed to keep my two obnoxious yellow labs entertained! Will definitely use them again in the future!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job. I liked that it was a fixed price and it wasn't one of those deals where they come in with a very low price and then do all those add-ons. They did an excellent job. I didn't pay any additional.

It went pretty well. The guy came relative on time and performed the air duct cleaning promptly. As far as i can tell and compared to all the air duct cleaning services i have done in the past, he did a good job. He went to each duct thoroughly.

Two gentlemen arrived on time, as promised. They were extremely professional in their attitude and an absolute pleasure to have. I had my vents cleaned by a different company years ago and just now know on what I missed out back then. Lowe's job was done very thoroughly, with an absolute attention to detail. I feel for the first time that my family can breathe easy and I would absolutely recommend the company to my friends.

This provider did an excellent job. In fact, I was late for the appointment, and they patiently waited for me to get home so that they could start the job. Once there, they were efficient and performed the task in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again.

There were two workmen. They called ahead and were on time and friendly. They asked where the furnace was, and where the outlets and returns were located throughout the house. There were 4 bedrooms, each with one or two floor outlets and returns high on the walls. Two bathrooms each with one outside wall outlet.. Family room and living room had two outlets and individual high wall returns. There were additional outlets in the front foyer, breakfast area and laundry room, as well as in the basement. Most of the lower level ducts were cleaned. I don"t know whether the master bath was even attempted, since the vents were blocked with several drawers, which appear to have been undisturbed. Workmen had to move some furniture to access the floor units. Some pieces were never moved out of the way, or if moved, were not put back in place unless specifically requested to do so. Furnace was turned off to perform the duct cleaning. I discovered early the next morning that the furnace was not turned back on, so even after turning the furnace back on, the house was uncomfortably cold for the bulk of the day. Since I was physically unable to follow the men from room to room as they worked, I did not observe their thoroughness.

Everything turned out well. The two-man crew arrived on time, cleaned up after itself, and did the work as promised. However, I don't think that their cleaning method was as effective as others. Specifically, they loosened the debris with a device and used a vacuum attached to our furnace in the basement in an effort to remove everything.

After they arrived the two staff advised that since the vents were painted over they could only remove the vent covers without damaging the painted ceilings so I said no to that. They only cleaned the two return registers. I believe some explanation should have been put in their add.

When I spoke to them to schedule the service I asked if there were any limitations. They did not specify that they would only do a single system. Found that out from the technician who showed up. I told them it was a deal breaker.

Had to be patient for an appointment but they arrived on time. Actually called ahead to request to come 1/2 hour early, which was fine with us. The two technicians did a complete and thorough job. Showed us before and after picture for each of our returns. Highly recommend.
