The technician call me to let me know his coming in a while. He came early. He is very polite. 
But I wish his wearing a shoes protection & leave the area clean the way it is. Over all he did a good job.

I made the mistake of letting him work on his own instead of "stalking" him around the house becasue I was busy doing some work int he yard.  I showed him where all the vents are and where the Furnace/AC system. and let him work.
In less than 45 minutes, he told me he was done... that he got to "every single vents" .. but i dont see my furntitures been moved and most of the vents covers (brane new one i put on) do not look like been touched.. and i know in my guts, he didn't get to all the vents!!. only one main one and the furnace.
oh well.. i will not do this again with this company!!  I have a new company i got on Groupon for $39 coming out next week, i will see if there is a difference.. but for starter $175 v.s. $39??  I think this deal is a total rip off considering the result!

Provider arrived on time and spent a great deal of time cleaning the vents and solving problems at our dryer and attic.

The two workers were excellent - very careful and thorough - cleaning  all of the returns and supply lines. Also vacuumed up afterwards.  Called ahead and arrived promptly.  Very polite and professional workers.

Everything was great!! He did a great job and went over everything that he was going to do before he started.  He was quick but thorough. 

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning did an exceptional job.  I wasn't at home when the work was being done, but my wife was really impressed with how professional they were, how upfront they were about costs, etc.  They showed her before and after images, and she was very impressed.  I would highly recommend these guys.

Great service, extremely profession, friendly, prompt service. Techs were on time and did everything they were supposed to.

Technician Joe called before arrival and arrived on time. He setup quickly, but took his time doing a diligent job of cleaning each supply line. I stayed with him most of the time. He was pleasant to speak with and enjoyable to have perform the job. He had a positive mind set. He was good working around four kids and a dog. As an added bonus he showed me how to clean the AC coil in the attic, which he did not have to do and was not part of the job. I appreciated the extra effort he took to educate and help me with it. He did an excellent completing the job and cleaning up neatly. He showed me the filter after cleaning the lines so I could see the dust and garbage that came out of my AC system. I would rate my interaction with this company better than an A rating. They exceeded my expectations. I rate them AA and will use them again.

It took all of ten minutes to do. Donot know if this service was better or worse than other providers.

Excellent communication and service.  I was informed the day before that the technician had an injury and could not come the next day.  They rescheduled the following week to perform service on my parent's house.  Everything was cleaned for 1/3 of the price that other places would charge, but without any upsell once they got there (like Sears).  Though the duration might not be as long as the more expensive providers though.  I would use them again for my own place in the future.

Around two people came to do the work. They were wonderful. They did the work so carefully that none of the soot got on my carpet. He had the equipment catch all the dirt. They worked very efficiently, came on time and went to work, They explained what they were going to do. They also gave me a better deal than was offered on Angie's List. I referred them to a neighbor because they were very good.

Don't be fooled by coupons :-) From the get-go the technician showed up, it was all about nickel and dimming. I did not realize that exhaust vent is not part of the deal :-) and each costed me $30 a piece (had 4 unit,  one in each bath; ( cheap new ones in home depot and lowes would have costed me $40) and $5 to seal the return vents ..Regarding Quality of work, avergage; I had a couple of vents not cleaned with old older filters and dirt left intact. Main unit and the trunk lines were untouched at the lower level. (no cuts to the filter junctions or the trunk line in to the house); when asked I was told it is not covered in the deal.same with the upper level unit in the attic... the garbage (old filters/covers were left on my garage floors (not in the bin) I had to clean them. No professional cleanup of the work done; 
I am surprised at a higher ratings at Angies. I never had a bad experience with Angies so far, esp. with the one with good reviews.

If you are concerned if your air ducts are dirty go ahead and hire someone! my returns were so bad and they were dust free afterwards. Started by hooking up a machine to the to create a vacuum in the vents. Then starting at the farthest vent used a air compressor to blow the dust towards the machine. The only thing I would want differently is to cover up the returns NOT in the process of being cleaned. The rooms had a fine mist of dust left in them. Next time I will Saran wrap them close. 
He also gave good advice on my dryer vent. 
I will check my vents often and use them again. Allergies are ZERO

Excellent service

Showed up on time, careful moving dryer for cleaning,looked thoroughly to find leak that was causing clogging, cleaned up area before putting dryer back, explained what could be problem and how to fix it if the cleaning did not improve drying (cleaning DID improve it though!)
