The person who came to our house and did the inspection told us he would email his estimate within a few days. It's been 3 weeks and we are still waiting for the estimate. We called them 4 days ago and left a message on their VM asking about the estimate, but no one has called us back.

Very good job.

They requested a photo from us which we sent on September 13. We sent another email to them on September 28 since we had not heard from them to find out what was going on. We still have not heard from them.

First guy showed up, spent 10min looking at wall before quoting $350. for the job with a guarantee that if those areas were still leaking he would return and finish the line still partially covered by drywall. Had hard rains only to discover that the line was still leaking from the section behind the drywall. I removed that section, called Jaco again and they sent guy back to finish it. I then received a second bill for another $350. I called to ask why and explain what I was told during the quote, questioning why I was double billed. I spoke with Bill Sackenheim who stated that he was the GM, and he was extremely rude and actually threatened me by stating "I will get my money one way or the other!". That statement alone made me uneasy! I have read other reviews on Angie's list since this happened and saw similar concerns reported, so BEWARE if you are considering using Jaco for waterproofing!!

Front porch and sidewalk had sunk several inches over the years and the sidewalk was a tripping hazard.  We had poured a cement step from the porch to the sidewalk as it had sunk that much.  Jaco lifted the porch and raised the sidewalk so that it was level with the front porch, which eliminated the need for the cement step we had added.  On the rear screened-in porch, the cement had sunk on opposite sides and we had a gap between the cement floor and the wooden baseboards.  The gap was large enough that chipmunks could get in on the patio.  The cement was raised enough to close the gaps.  The two gentlemen who did the job were very polite and professional.  The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up everything before they left.  John, the sales person was also very professional.  We would highly recommend Jaco for concrete lifting.

They performed service when scheduled at a fair price. No problems.

We called Jaco in because we found water seeping into a small closest area and a bedroom in our finished basement.  We removed some drywall and found a large 8 foot crack (ceiling to floor).  This crack looked to have been filled with caulking.  Jaco came in and did their crack injection.  They were very good and quick.  We haven't seen water come in since and it has rained serveral times (heavy rain).  John with Jaco was great as well, made us feel comfortable and was always ontime and returned our calls when needed.
Thanks Jaco, hopefully we won't need your services again, but if we do, we'll make sure to call you.

provider came out and gave a decent competitive quote.  on time and professional.  explained and answered any questions.  providers evaluation matched to competitors and didnt try to upsell or rip off.  

I would call them again - they had technical expertise that others didn't have

After having 3 different contractors take a look who didn't want to 'tackle' the project because of concerns of major foundation issues.  Jay came out to give it a look. He knew that this was a project he could handle, and we were confident in his knowledge and ability to meet our needs.  
I ripped off the deck to expose the patio for him to repair.  He came back ~2 weeks later to complete the repair.  He accomplished this on a Sunday, in 2-3 hours.  Clearly explained what he was doing, and what he did to accomplish it.  Said the work would be warrantied from the home office, and to call him back if there were any leaks and he would give it another seal.
Overall, we were happy with the project, and glad we found Jay!  Would recommend he take a look at your project in the future.

Excellent!  The price was most fair, they showed up on time and knew what they were doing and cleaned up the project before they left.  Couldn't have asked for much more.

Jaco  was knowledgeable and quick to repair the problem to our satisfaction.

Jay of Jayco was friendly, informative, and always professional. He explained the process of repairs to us and walked us through what would occur in detail. I contacted multiple other companies (seven or eight) who either did not return my phone calls, did not have the expertise to complete the repair, or in one case simply appeared they did not want to do the work (e.g. stating they "could" do it, though because of small crawlspace area, they likely would not agree to do it).
We knew repair would be a few weeks out due to job demands, and when bad weather pushed us back further, we were made aware of this. Thankfully, we had insulated the area during the winter months, and therefore were able to wait additional two weeks; of note, we were out of town part of one of the weeks, and so this delay was partially due to our schedule.
Jay walked his crew what he wanted the day prior to the project starting the following day. The crew was polite, professional, and completed the work in three days for us. Jay came to check on the work on two occasions to ensure it was properly performed and up to his standards.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, especially as a first time home-owners. We would highly recommend Jayco, and Jay especially; he is hard working, friendly, and made the experience pleasant and easy. We will not hesitate to contract services through them as needed in the future.

Major project - extensive de-construction, basement has been fine since.

The person we met with was honest and said that it would be a long while before his company could help because they were back logged from the rain and this was a very small project.  He gave us recommendations and was very nice.  I would use this company for a future larger project.

The crew was on time, as best the rain would allow, and did a very professional job in the basement and outside. They had to work around frequent rain days outside, so the job took a little longer than we expected, but they were back on the job as soon as the weather allowed. Matt, the estimator, also fixed a small item for me beyond what I had requested, which was a pleasant surprise. Very pleased with the whole experience.
