We needed to upgrade from electric baseboard heat and window units AC to central heating and air conditioning. Hill-Air was the only company that I contacted that would do a complete installation (duct work, vents, furnace, AC unit, gas line, etc) in and existing structure. From initial analysis of our home, to presenting options, to installation, to final setup, Hill-Air personnel were very thorough, professional and personable. The quality of the installation and products was/is exceptional.

Hill Air was extraordinarily responsive to our urgent need when we called that our heat had stopped working. They showed up first thing in the morning and helped discuss our options for repair or replace. I found the team to be trustworthy and extremely professional. I would recommend Hill Air to anyone needing help with this in the future! We decided to purchase and install a new furnace to replace our 30 year old furnace. The installation happened the very next day, and the team that performed the work was punctual, professional, clean and quick!

They have always worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of my carpet and wore protective booties. Called the company's number and a technician walked me through the troubleshooting process. Discovered that there was a water sensor in the pan beneath the unit and water was discovered in the pan. Removed the sensor and dried out using a hair dryer. Then removed water from the pan and reinstalled the sensor. Air conditioner immediately start back up. No emergency service call needed. Technician came out the following Monday to check on the unit and suspected that the water trap may have been dirty along with the air filter, both of which I cleaned and replaced over the weekend. No charge for the service call.

Excellent! Our air conditioning wasn’t working and it was to be 90 degrees outside. I called at 7:30 am - and had a scheduled appointment for 3:00. The technician arrived early (called to check first). I was impressed by the response, professionalism, etc from the morning call to the finish.
