We've been your neighbor, first in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas, then in Dayton, and now in Columbus and its surrounding neighborhoods. When I talked to them, the lady was very specific in her questions. She wanted to know exactly where the problem was, and it was outside of the home, in the yard specifically. We have a pond outside, she wanted to make sure that the koi fish weren't harmed, so she had contacted the technician to see if they could treat around that area, since that is where the ants were. She was very helpful. The price was good.

Tommy our technician was great, very professional and nice.  He found where he thought the mice were coming in, set traps and bait out for them, gave us suggestions on how to protect our food in the pantry until we get rid of them.  He also went above and beyond what he was called out to do which was really nice.  He noticed that we had a couple wasp nests in the corners of our house while he was walking around the outside of our property.  He knocked them down and got rid of them for us.  Wow, now that is great service!  I am actually thinking about calling them to help us with that problem now.

They did a very good job. They answered all my questions. Their prices were definitely comparable to the people around. They had an appointment scheduled for me one day and the technician was supposed to come the next day and he didn't show. I waited around for him, never showed and when I called the company, they said they'll have somebody else come out.

The initial visit went well and Michelle (I believe) agreed with the assumption of mice in the walls.  She recommended a two visit treatment.  The first visit, the technician came and put poison down in my basement, attic, and outside under my wood steps.  He also gave me suggestions on how to keep mice from entering my house.  The second visit was a follow up and to check on the poison and to see if the mice were still in the walls.

I called Scherzinger's after reading reviews on Angie's list.  I had heard mice in my walls and I was freaking out!  They came out for an inspection and agreed that it was probably mice and set up two appointments.  The first was to set the poison and the second was a follow-up.  I thought it was reasonably priced and they found the problem area and my mice are gone!!!!  Thanks to Michelle and Scherzinger's.  I will definitely recommend.  I hope I don't need their services again, but will call if I need to.

Technician was scheduled for the next day and arrived promptly as advertised. He was extremely professional, looked at my issue and assured me these were not termites, but carpenter ants. He gave me some suggestions to help ensure they would not be a problem. He also did a cursury inspection of the outside of my property and didn't find any signs of termites, all at no cost. I really appreciated the technicians honesty, and educated recommendations. I would definitely call this company again.

The employee was prompt and sprayed everywhere necessary. When he sprayed outside the house he wiped spiderwebs from all windows and gave suggestions to help keep spiders and other bigs from entering house. He said he would be back in 6 weeks to check on the situation. We did purchase a continuing contract for them to return every three months. When calling the first time, prices were given up front. There were no surprises. We may stop at any time without penalty.

I own a house that I rent out in Moraine, Ohio. It is near to the old GM Engine Plant that has shut down a few years ago. Since that plant shut down mice have become a bigger and bigger problem. I had some there even before when I lived at the house, but now it is worse. Scherzinger sent JR to my house to explain what is going on and to help supply "bait" and glue-traps. He will be coming back in April (when the weather is more conducive to it) to begin inspecting where the mice are getting in and help deter them from even entering the house. I joined the quarterly Guardian plan, so I am protected from mice (my initial problem), bed bugs, and a lot of other pests just in case something should happen down the road. I am hoping to deter the rodents away from the house and boost the value of my house and rental value proposition at the same time. The mice are not just finding their way into my home in the area, so if Scherzinger can help deter them from my house then others will need to address their mouse issues or else I will have a competitive advantage.  After 2-weeks, no mice were found in the glue traps, so something has detered them away.  Granted my current tenants are in the process of moving out (after nearly 2.5 years), so the mice do not have as much to draw them in as before, so the real test will come once new tenants move in.
