Description of Work: The scheduling of the service was a big issue for us. Trying to get them to our place when we were home was a problem - the technician came when we were not home - no matter how much I communicated that I wanted to be there. We did not have bugs and they helped us get rid of the mice.

We apologize for any inconvenience scheduling may have caused. With our Guardian service we treat the exterior of the home unless problems are reported to us. Through this process we are able to reduce the amount of unwanted/unneeded material applied on the interior of the home. We do offer call before service if the homeowner would like to be there and offer Saturday appointments to fit the working families schedule. Please let us know if your pest problems return and we would be happy to set your account as a call first so that you are home each service.

Description of Work: They never showed up for the appointment. When I called to find out when they would arrive, they said sorry we messed up on the appointment. They didnt offer to reschedule and I was not called back to reschedule even though they said they would call. Very poor customer service.

We appoligize that we missed your appointment in September of 2013. According to our notes it was for a free termite inspection at 10AM on the morning of the 26th. We did hear from you shortly after the appointment was missed and tried to find someone that day. Our records indicate that we tried to call you and recieved no response but did leave a message on the number we had on file. We assure you that our technicians are promt and prepared to all their appointments and are certain this is not normal practice. We hope that you will give us an oppurtunity to show you that this is not our normal customer interaction in the future.

Description of Work: They inspected the home for bed bugs and found them. They gave an estimate of spraying, or heatigating and spraying. We chose heatigating and spraying. They did a great job! Two days later, two bugs were found which would have been killed by the residual spray, in a day or two. They sprayed the door threshold. Then they came back and reheatigated the home and sprayed again. No more bugs. Very professional! Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: I had an infestation of yellow jackets in the outside wall of my house. I had tried using wasp and hornet spray several times myself, but it didn't work. Scherzinger Pest Control got rid of the yellow jackets with one application and gave me advice to prevent further infestations. I was very satisfied with the service.
