Provider set a date and time to provide a quote. I scheduled to be home at that time. Instead he showed up hours early and I wasn't home. Scott called me and said he understood the areas I wanted the gutter heaters, and that he'd provide a quote by the end of the week. I've called three times (giving him the benefit of the doubt) and been told he'd call back. No quote and no returned calls 3 weeks later. A waste of my time and poor treatment of customers.

The company was supposed to come out the first week of September that was after we waited over a month for them to send anyone out or contact us.  Actually we contacted them to find out when they would send someone out and I should have known then to be on guard.  The first time that they sent someone out, he did nothing but cut a small piece of aluminum
siding which he did not bother to put on the house and just left it on my front lawn along with a hammer.  The company indicated we needed tuck pointing work done so we agreed to that for an additional cost but in the meantime they did nothing on the other end of the house around the plumbing stack which had nothing to do with the chimney area.  So the first time they came out they were here less than an hour.  Finally the company did send someone out to repair the tuck pointing on the chimney.  This was after not showing up for 2 scheduled days. The tuck pointing guy told us that they would be out the next day to finish the job.  They did not show up again.  My husband contacted them and they indicated that they would be out the next day September 25, 2015 to complete the job.  They said that we would be the second job of the day.  So at 1:00 p.m.  when no one had shown up, my husband contacted them.  Again we were told they would be there shortly.  They never showed up.  At this point I had enough.  I do not want this incompetent company doing any further work for me.  Beware unless you have hours to waste on  workmen that never show up.

They did the pull off of the gutters in one day and completed the entire 2 story colonial home in the next day.  Job was well done.  No debrief was left.  Also fixed some flashing that was coming loose.

I was extremely satisfied with everyone associated with S. Bradley from Scott to Domenic to all of the workers including the office staff.  This roof repair was very extensive & I am beyond satisfied with every single thing that was done.  I received 5 quotes before I chose S. Bradley for the job, and I'm glad I did my homework.  Their quote fell intermediate of the 5 quotes, & I feel that the work was well worth the price. The workers arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up everything. The quality of the craftsmanship was exceptional.  I would gladly use them again & I recommend them highly.  I love my roof, windows, soffit, gutters & chimney.

They did an awesome job. Jeff came out and looked at our old porch to give us a quote. He was extremely friendly and walked me step by step through the process he was going to recommend. He explained the parts of the porch he could salvage and what would need to be bought/built.
Throughout the rebuild process they were extremely friendly and thorough. They explained what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. There was a lot of debris to clean up due to what appeared to be a badly done rebuild prior to us purchasing the home (that work was not done by S. Bradley). They didn't charge me any extra for that additional work and built us a beautiful brick porch.
After the work was done I noticed water sitting in one area of the top concrete slab; I emailed them and they had the team out within a week to look at the issue and they fixed it free of charge. 
I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a very nice job.  The new chase pan and corner post looks brand new and I can't see any rust at all.  I was not home when the installed it but they left the job site clean and I would never have known they where there.  Except that the chimney top looks great now. 
The reason I gave a "B" for responsiveness is because I've asked them to send me before and after pics which I'm still waiting on.

The roof looks great! We had some major issues with ice damns and leaking roof over the winter. Jeff came out and did an incredibly thorough assessment of the roof and internal venting. He even climbed into tight crawlspaces inside the house, and hiked up on the roof that was still covered in snow. He devised a great solution to all the roof issues. The crew did a great job replacing the roof and address all issues we had during the process.

We had an aging front stoop that was sinking and brickwork falling apart. S. Bradley successfully salvaged the two stone treads from the step riser which helped us stay in budget. They ripped out the rest of the stoop. They then laid new brickwork and poured a beautiful new top slab of concrete leading to the door. They did a great job, and we are very happy with the end results!

It was for ice backup repair. Scott, the owner, gave me a detailed estimate and explained very clearly the procedures and what kind of materials they are going to use for the repair.  A month late two workers came, did what they promised and cleaned up the debris. No water leaks since the repair. Very satisfied!

S. Bradley is the kind of company you want doing work for you.  From the moment Scott came to look at my house, I knew I was getting an unsurpassed level of service. 

Scott didn't provide an estimate, he provided a proposal.  He literally designed a roofing system, and line-by-line detailed the products and labor involved.  I needed a complete tear-off, plus new gutters, and I really wanted new siding because what we had was dingy and old and sloppy in some spots.

Cost was a factor, but so was quality.  We'd asked 5 companies in total out to estimate the work on our house, all of which were highly rated on Angie's List.  I knew S. Bradley would provide the best quality with the most customized level of detail.  I didn't expect him to have the lowest price, and he didn't, but he worked with us.  We sat down at our dining room table and went through the proposals line-by-line to figure out where we could afford to cut back, and understand the ramifications of doing so.  It was the kind of collaboration you want from your contractor.

S. Bradley kept us updated on everything.  They called on the first day they were coming out to say they were starting a little late (it was only 10am, which I didn't think was late at all).  The roofers worked tirelessly.  Other than the first day, these guys showed up at 8am every day.  They got right to work, every day.  They took their breaks at lunchtime and returned, working just as hard in the afternoons as they did in the mornings.  The first day they didn't leave until 8:45.  PM.  There were other days they worked until 7PM.  They were very detailed, really nice guys, who really cared about the work they were doing.  The roof looks fantastic.

The siding crew showed up the day after the roofers were done.  These guys as well showed up every morning right when they said they would, and worked tirelessly.  Truly a professional group of guys who were always smiling and seemed to enjoy working together.  Really great guys.  The siding looks amazing.

The guys who installed the gutters showed up after the siding crew was finished.  Again, they worked swiftly and with great attention to detail.  The gutters look perfect, and I almost cried when we had our first heavy rain after the gutters were installed, because for the first time in my 5 years at this house, the gutters didn't overflow and splash out!  What a beautiful thing!

I don't imagine many people want to spend 20k in one shot.  But there are times when you've got to bite the bullet and invest the money in your home.  When you do that, you want to do it once, and do it right.  S. Bradley is the company that will execute on that motto for you.
