"This review is very disappointing. We have been in business since 1998 and power washed literally hundreds of homes. We have not had one complaint of our processes causing a "hole" in siding. It was explained to the customer that there is absolutely no way that our professional technician, through our processes could have caused this. It was made clear to the customer that the siding had damage prior to the house being washed. We at Kleer-kote pride ourselves in taking extra care to not damage customer's property. We strongly resent the fact that our processes were blamed for an issue that was present prior to our work beginning. We are an insured company and would have accepted full responsibility if we had caused a loss to a customer."

"I do apologize for your experience. The deal that you purchased allowed for painting for 8 hours. Your project could simply not be completed in 8 hours. I gave you all the option to have our painter complete the project at an additional cost. Unfortunately you elected to not allow us to complete it. I wish you success in getting your painting needs met."
I first contact this company a month ago 8/25/2014 for an estimate. I was very specific about what I wanted. This was not a complex problem. I kept corresponding with this person, and would say I am going to contact you and did not. I think a couple of time he emailed me and said do you want your house painted week. I responded by saying you have not given me an estimate. When he came on 9/22/2014 to give me an estimate. He said that he was going to email me with the estimate, but he did not. Therefore, I emailed him to get the estimate. He would get back to this evening. I responded by saying that I needed the estimate because this has been going on for a month. If he could not give me an estimate ; that I was going to find someone else to do the job. Furthermore , I indicated to him I have wasted a month. Apparently, he did not like I what I had to say. He then emailed me and said that he want be able to do the work. Really! My IQ is clearly over 100. He kept trying to find out id I had all the trees cut down at one time or over a period of time. He was trying to figure out how much I could afford pay before he give me the estimate. I am a smart woman and I am very good at reading people, and new where he was going with the delay of giving me an estimate I included the my last response to this guy below..
You must have know that before you came out to give the estimate. I first contacted you a moth ago, and you should have told me that in the being. What you just did is poor business practice. You clearly wasted my time. It was a very simplistic project, and it certainly should not have taken this to tell me what you just said.
"We strive to meet all of our all customers needs in a reasonable amount of time. Due to an extremely high response to promotions that we ran this season There have been unusually high wait times for service. This particular incident is not how we conduct business and quite frankly I am baffled by the intent of this review. An in person consultation was scheduled and a written estimate was promised the next for this customer. The estimate was not emailed fast enough the next day to meet the customers expectations and this negative review followed. No services were provided to this customer. I wish this customer much success in finding a suitable contractor."
