William did an excellent job in power washing and sealing my concrete paver patio! Now, the 20 year old patio almost looks new! He was prompt, courteous, and easy to contact. I have only positive things to say. I don't think that you will find a better person for this type of job. I would definitely hire him again.

Willam was very easy to work with. I had a bluestone patio which was heavily stained with dirt and mildew and had never been professionally power washed. William worked with me to find the right type of cleaning solution and did an excellent job. The patio is 20 years old and while there were sone residual stains in the stones which could not be removed, overall the patio looks much better. I recommend him and his company highly.

Hired the company to do power wash. They were polite and courteous. After they left, we noticed there were holes in our vinyl siding on 3 sides of our home. We just had our roof replaced and the home was inspected after that job was finished- there were no holes in the siding. Contacted William from Kleer Kote and he stated "you had all kinds of holes in siding prior to us doing the job" and refused to give me their insurance information. I tried calling and messaging him the next day with no reply.

"This review is very disappointing. We have been in business since 1998 and power washed literally hundreds of homes. We have not had one complaint of our processes causing a "hole" in siding. It was explained to the customer that there is absolutely no way that our professional technician, through our processes could have caused this. It was made clear to the customer that the siding had damage prior to the house being washed. We at Kleer-kote pride ourselves in taking extra care to not damage customer's property. We strongly resent the fact that our processes were blamed for an issue that was present prior to our work beginning. We are an insured company and would have accepted full responsibility if we had caused a loss to a customer."

I was under the impression that Kleerkote would contact me by email. After 5 weeks, I contacted them by phone. Set up a date & time..."We'll be there before 10:00a." At 10:30a my husband called Kleerkote and was told they were coming and would be here by 11:00a. They did arrive at 11:00a, but had to ask directions to the nearest gas station as the power washer needed gas. Two positive notes...They did send me an email about a late arrival at 9:59a (although I wasn't home to check my email). The power washing job was done well. Overall, not a great experience. I was very disappointed with the "administrative" side of this company. Thank goodness they did good work!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful William George and his workers were. Willam was efficient, professional, and thorough. Due to extremely wet weather, some of the work had to be delayed and William kept us well-informed. They did a fabulous job and the results are beautiful! We were very impressed with William George and Kleer Kote. We highly recommend this company.

We made an appointment with Brian Williams, owner, to come out and initially power wash the whole exterior of home for $300 and he was willing to allow for extra time that day we were scheduled to accommodate other items to get done if needed. So, they ended up also power washing the gutters inside and out as well as a small part of roofing over the front porch area and added extra money for the time involved in completing these tasks as well so we paid a total of $500 in the end for all work done. They were did a good job and were open ears if I had things to discuss or concerns and met our expectations that day. We would hire again.

I know now that the next time that I have them they should tell me beforehand so that I would know what I needed to be done with all the fans. I should had it power washed before they came in and then it would have been better for us. This time they did not do that. They were good. He called me and he talked to me, as for all my questions he conversed with me and next time I would give them the object beforehand so they can see what needs to be done, evaluate it. I would probably use them again.

The deck had to be stripped to remove layers of old finish. The eggcrate trellis was powerwashed only to remove dirt.Both were then finished by-hand, brushing on the finish. Other providers wanted to sparay on a finish - which is the quick but low-quality way of applying a wood finish. The finish needs to be brushed into the wood. The trellis was a labor-intensive job since it is an eggcrate construction of a 1' x 1' grid. Even so, they took the time to brush it on to all surfaces. They did it the right way. Other contractors did not want to be bothered to do it the right way, at any price.
I was very pleased with the quality of work that William and his crew performed. They did not take the quick-and-dirty low-quality route, as many other providers would have, even after discovering that it was a larger effort than originaly estimated.
I very much appreciated the professionalism and work ethic of William. I always look for contractors who take pride in doing the job right. In my experience, many contractors will cut corners if they run into an unanticipated snag. They only want to spend the time and effort euqal to their original estimate. William did not do that. He proceeded to put in the labor and materials needed to do the job right, even before we discussed a price adjustment. I gladly agreed to adjust the price to match the work performed.

I gave you all the option to have our painter complete the project at an additional cost. Unfortunately you elected to not allow us to complete it.
