"[Member Name Removed] initially called for an estimate on 11/14/2017. At that time, I had a very lengthy conversation with her about how she wanted her home to be painted but she let me know that she was working with a budget of $700.00. I let her know that we would not be able to paint the exterior of her mobile home for her budget. She was very polite and understood. She then called our office again on 12/11/2017. I called her back and advised, that as I mentioned prior, we would not be able to complete the painting of her home for her budget. Which she now said was $500.00. I let her know that it would be in the range of $1,500.00. She asked for an estimate, site unseen, for her budgeting purposes. I let her know that the rough estimate included a crew of painters, all materials, and for the painting to be completed in one day. She proceeded to yell and say that we were robbing people for our services and was very rude. Please note, no services were provided. Not even an estimate (which is provided at no cost to our customers)."
