This was hands-down the worst service experience we've ever had. The entire job should have taken no more than 3 hours. I was onsite most of the time; when I walked in the electrician was chatting with the tenants. Three hours into the job, one light fixture had been installed with the wrong lightbulbs, causing it to strobe, and the electrician was trouble-shooting a non-working ceiling fan; he did not seem to have any idea what he was doing. When I heard he anticipated the job taking over 6 hours, I called the company to complain. While I was on the phone, the electrician walked off the job, leaving the ceiling fan hanging with exposed wires, 3 indoor outlets exposed, and 2 OUTDOOR outlets exposed with a possible rainstorm on the way. I had to wait an hour for another electrician to come back and put everything back the way it was. Wasted FIVE HOURS of my time and inconvenienced the tenants for no reason. Ceiling fan issue turned out to be very minor and should have been caught in minutes.

Jacob did an excellent job installing the power outlet. His work is of high quality and he was very helpful in answering questions I asked. I highly recommend Waibel and Jacob.

I had Waibel Electric out on two different occasions. 1 - There was a problem with my electric service coming into the house. Mr Waibel explained what needed to be done over the phone to get it corrected and contacted the electric company for me to get their coordination. A very competent electrician named Andy arrived as scheduled and quickly corrected the problem. 2 - I had several things to be fixed in my house so I called Waibel the next week and Andy arrived as scheduled again. My kitchen light had not worked since I had moved into the house and I thought I would need to replace it, even though we really liked the looks of the light fixture. Instead, Andy suggested I convert it to LED (it was a four bulb florescent). He converted it and it looks great. He then proceeded to install the smoke detectors and was done with that in no time. The last problem I had was what appeared to be a ground wire mysteriously hanging down from the ceiling of my basement. Been there since I moved in and no one knew what it was or why it was there. Andy went upstaires, pulled the side cover of the jacuzzi off and determined it belonged as the ground wire for the motor. Connected it, put the cover back and was done. I have to say I was very impressed with Waibel and appreciate the common sense approaches they took to correct my problems as well as Andy’s efficient work ethic that saved me money. Thank you Waibel Electric, I will be glad to hire you again.

Wiebel's is the only electric company I will use. Both times they were out they did a great job. Very nice electricians

Waibel Electric did a great job. On time, performed the repair and installation quickly at a reasonable price. Provide d option to reduce price / cost.

They called and actually came early. Performed the work efficiently and everything works well. We had to have 2 workers because of needing a 14 foot ladder which increased our price.

Technician showed up on time and was respectful and worked clean while in the home. I was uncertain whether I needed a white or ivory switch and asked the dispatcher to have technician bring one of each. When he arrived stated that dispatcher only provided ivory and what I required was white. He resolved by going out and picking up the appropriate switch.

Weds night I turned on little heater not only did it not turn on the TV went off. Tried flipping the circuits but nothing worked. Called Waibel when they opened Thurs a.m. They called me back an hour later and said someone could come out that afternoon. Jacob and Andy showed up at about 3:00 had great attitudes. Came in and had it fixed in just a few minutes with the TV turned back on again. Waibel has always given me a very easy, stress-free experience and I really appreciate them.

Light needed to be replaced. Waibel did the installation. Did not charge us because they had done original installation and they took responsibility for any problems their installation might have caused even though it had been a year. Hard to find a company like that anymore.
