Never seen a company so disorganized. Ordered a new cooler to buy and water delivery. Gave me a rental until they would get a new one in, which seemed nice, and that they would not charge me for the rental. Then they forgot both and months later the cooler showed up and several calls later they wrote off the rental charges. Their website pretends to do on-line ordering and email, but neither were ever responded to. Direct emails either. They did not show up twice for deliver. Finally, I changed companies and am stuck with a deposit on the empties, becuase they wont come and pick them up.

I have continued using the company for over a year for home delivery service of bottled water. Price of the water, monthly cooler rental and the home delivery cannot be beat. Product is just what I need. The call every tow weeks to let me know when they will be delivering in the area and whether I need replacement bottles. When I originally signed up for the service I was advised they would leave an invoice each time the delivered the water. They only leave an invoice about 50% of the time. When I called asking them to please leave an invoice their response was that I could always call them to ask what my bill is - definitely not a good customer service move. Additionally, I did place an order one month only to come home and discover that they had not delivered. I called and left a message to inquire. They did not call me. They delivered water the next day and charged a bottle deposit since I had not left the empty bottles out overnight because they had not communicated.

I LOVE THE WATER SERVICE THEY GIVE ME. THEY HAVE AN OPTION OF WATER WITH FLUORIDE WHICH IS GREAT IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. THEY DELIVER EVERY 2 WEEKS AND CALL THE DAY BEFORE FOR YOUR WATER ORDER. ONE TIME I FORGOT TO PLACE MY ORDER AND HAD RUN OUT. THEY MADE A SPECIAL DELIVERY!
