We needed to replace one of the baffles inside our gas dryer (had cracked/became loose). Called around to several appliance service centers in our area--AAA Appliance/the ladies in their office were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; AAA offered a good price in our opinion for the replacement part and were able to get the part ASAP. While we only needed one baffle, we actually ordered 3 in total; one to replace the broken baffle and 2 to keep on hand for future repairs, thus the total cost is for 3 parts. We took their business card for future reference not only for parts but for service call consideration as well.

The contact on the initial phone call asked for details as well as make and model of washer. These details were clearly written on the repair order, which, I'm sure, greatly assisted the technician.
Appointment was scheduled for and quot;after 1 PM.and quot; I was 10 minutes late from a volunteer meeting, but there he was in the driveway. He knew what the problem was even before he saw the washer (and quot;lid-switchand quot;); he could either replace it or bypass it, my choice. I chose to bypass it (and eliminate this same problem from reoccurring in the future). In less than 15 minutes the job was done and the washer repaired.
They (he) charged a fair price and included a senior discount without being asked.

Everything went extremely well. Chuck was terrific. He worked very efficiently and thoroughly.The end result of his

detailed work is outstanding. He is the absolute best .

They did not charge me because they could not fix it. They are very good. You can usually get someone to come to your house within 24 hours.

Called the day before and was informed that repair man's day is booked but would be available the next day. Asked me how old the machine was and I said 6 years and was thinking of replacing it. Woman said don't that it's only used up half it's life and it's worth fixing. She was fairly sure what the problem was. As promised, repairman called before he left his shop. Asked all the right questions as far as symptoms go. Called me at my office later in the morning, said he would be there in 30 minutes, he was waiting in my driveway when I arrived. Had the right part with him. Gave tips on more efficient dryer usage. In and out in 20 minutes and I was back in my office in less than 90 minutes. Saved us $600+, will definitely use them again.

Chuck called 4 hours prior to scheduled appointment to confirm he would be on time. he provided terrific servce ...verythorough in checking to make sure the repair made solved the problem. Will definitely use again. Outstanding customer service.

Called for an appointment on a Wednesday. Asked it they could handle it
that Friday, as I knew I would be able to get off of work that day.
They confirmed that they could schedule it for Friday morning.. Took a
day off of work to be home for the technician. Didn't receive the
promised follow up phone call Friday AM. When I called them, I was told
they couldn't come until Monday, and the the original appointment was
set and quot;if there was a cancellationand quot;. I was NOT told that the appointment
was contingent upon a cancellation when I originally called. I would not have taken a day off of work for a and quot;maybeand quot; appointment.

I really liked AAA Appliance service. They are really good. They are quick to come out. The guy we have dealt with seems to be very honest, nice, and does everything he can to get things fixed as soon as possible.

We called AAA and they were here within 2 days! Jason diagnosed the problem, corrected it and charged us the basic service charge. He brought repair parts but determined they were NOT needed as the problem came from improper installation done only 5 months ago by Stewarts Appliances. Stewarts wanted $95 basic service charge and would not cover parts or labor for the new ice maker we had purchased from them only 5 months earlier. I might add that all our major appliances were from Stewarts.
Will I use AAA again? You betcha! Is it cheap? No, I'll take quality over cheap any day!

They repaired it and now it works fine. It was quite expensive but we did not want to buy a new washing machine. We have have used them in the past for other repairs. They are very prompt and extremely responsive.

He came out and advised us on the cost of the repair and actually advised that we replace the unit. He is excellent. When u call, his wife takes the call and the basic information about the problem and the appliance and sets an appointment. He is always on time. He is clean and neat. He repairs everything. This past summer he also repaired a gas dryer and our refridgerator.

I have used AAA for the last 15 years when it comes to appliance work.

They were very reliable. They were very timely and courteous. It was a good experience.

They fixed the ice maker door the first time but it wasn't working again. They came back to check that. They could not fix the ice maker door. They didn't charge me for the second visit. The guy who came out was courteous and friendly. I would recommend them for any appliance repair. Their prices are commensurate with other dealership in the area. They are punctual. Overall they are very good company. They are very responsive. I would use them in the future.

I called, he came, he fixed - all with a smile.

This guy knows his stuff! He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator within minutes, and showed me how to work around the problem while he ordered the proper part. The part was in within a couple of days and he promptly completed the repair.

Called on 7/6 and they were out on 7/8. Had to order a part. Took almost a month to get part due to back order. Originally scheduled to complete repair on 8/2 but a scheduling error on their end caused it to be 8/3. Overall the company did an OK job but I was a little disappointed in the fact that besides the service call and labor fees, I had to pull the microwave out myself or there would have been an extra charge for that. ($50-$75?)

The service people were very nice. They came to look at the microwave, ordered the necessary part, then came back and fixed it.

It was a little pricey. There was a problem with the scheduling but that was more on the part of my tenant and not them. I haven't heard any complaints back from the tenant so I'm guessing it all went well.

Had some trouble with the ice maker not making ice, but it was running all the time. They came out and found that the module on the ice maker was not working right. They took that part back to get repaired and to make sure that it was the problem. They brought it back and said it was working OK at the shop. A day or so later I had the same trouble as before. The service manager came out and did some additional testing and found a problem that was overlooked on the first repair. He installed a new module free of a service charge and wanted me to make sure that it worked right. I only had to pay for the new module. So far it has been working just fine.

It went as well as I had hoped, like clockwork (surprise).

Smoothly. When I called, I was asked make and model of unit. Then before service call, technician called to verify so there would be no holdup on parts when he came. He told me the bearing was bad although it could last a long time. Way too much noise to wait on a repair. Came on time and worked efficiently and quickly.

Chuck, the repairman, was on time, courteous and efficient. It's was a pleasure to business with a company that did the work well and did not charge an arm and a leg for service!! AAA is definitely my appliance service company now!

Very professional and courteous. They called in the morning to confirm the job and talk over possibilities for repairs. He was on time and did a good job of clarifying my options. Great follow-through.... an all-around good experience!
