I emailed the owner in regard to this matter. He refunded my full amount and actually considered it a $0 balance. I was greatly appreciative. I was not asking for that, so for him to give me a $0 balance is going above what I expected. My money was refunded the same day.

Even during covid -19 quarantine, this company prioritized my wasp problem and promptly had a technician at my home to take care of it the very next morning. They utilized technology to setup and online contract to sign electronically, paid with my card over the phone and texted responses back promptly to my questions. Dan handled setting up my appointment and prepared the documents needed for me to sign. My technician (I can t recall his name though) was right on time and very friendly and professional! And, if the first spray didn t do the trick, they will come back at a lower rate for additional sprays!

One treatment and haven't seen an ant since. Have signed up for month-to-month treatments to make sure they don't come back, especially with Spring coming. Great company and great service!
