This went very well.  Jack went above and beyond the scope of the job by patching more than one crack, and also identified source of water intrusion around front door.  Great work - thanks!  If further repairs are required in the future, Ram Jack is number one on the list to call for help.

He came out on time and walked around the foundation inside and out. I was suppose to receive a report of some kind that describe what issue he saw and option available for addressing them. I was told it's not bad but not to wait to long before addressing waterproofing or stabilizing the walls. He took about 30 minutes of looking and talking, then he left.

All went well.  The guy came out and he didn't recommend anything for right now.  He gave me something down the line.  He didn't try to sell me something, so that was good.  He was prompt about it.  He came and took a look around.  He was concerned about a couple of things I was seeing in my basement particularly and he didn't recommend to do it right away.

He was very busy but he did eventually get to the work. He did a good job. He repaired more than the amount in the Big Deal and he said due to rescheduling and the delay he wanted to make sure he was able to take care of extra cracks at no charge. He was very nice to talk with and he was very polite. He said he is located about 2 hours away from us and he was out of state when scheduling.

They came out and did what the deal offered. That was fine. They came out shortly after I purchased the Big Deal last January. I did not pay any more than the ninety nine dollars. It was more of a consulting thing, so it was more of a nondescript situation.

Ram Jack of Ohio is excellent. They are very honest and thorough, and provided an estimate to correct the issue. Currently, I do not have the money to do the repair that would resolve the issue. The offer through the coupon would not have done anything, and therefore, I would like to cancel the coupon and request a refund. Thanks, B.

We had put on offer on a house with foundation problems. We needed an estimate on the cost to repair, in a timely manner. Jack came to the house and gave us a detail explanation and report of what needed to be done. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend him to friends.

First of all, he arrived unannounced. Apparently, he thought someone had called or emailed me. It was a complete surprise. He gave a verbal opinion about what might be needed. This was somewhat ambivalent. At first, he seemed to be saying it was fine. Then he was suggesting some water=proofing. I began to think this was just a way of getting paid to get some work. He promised to send the estimate on the work, but I never received anything. I emailed a request for a written summary of the assessment and a written estimate, but so far have received nothing. This was very disappointing.

He came out as scheduled but they did come out a day earlier than anticipated.  He talked with me about my foundation and he explained their procedures well. They were supposed to email me an estimate on having water proofing done and they havent done so yet. I did not really feel like I needed the Big Deal.

He was on-time and professional.  I wasn’t convinced that I needed what they were selling.  He wanted to install support beams and my husband and I discussed it and didn’t feel it was needed.  He sent me the estimate and it was for about $10,000 for the work.

I contacted the vendor first and the response was that they are having issues with the website. My calls go unanswered and the person doesn't have a voicemail box. This has been going on ten days and we need the work done.

It also took over 2 weeks for the company to set up an appointment to come to my home. I will have recommend this company to any one else unless they actually want an estimate for the work they thought needed to be done and you can get free estimates without having to pay for it.  I understand Kevin spoke to the company several times and after my complaint he told me the company was to call me. One night the phone rang twice and they hung up before I could get to the phone. They have never called again. Please let me know if I can get my $99.00 credited to my credit card.

The guy came out when he said he would, and he pointed out the issues. He seemed very knowledgeable, and explained to me the different issues. I was expecting a written estimate from him, because there were 2 or 3 different ways to sort out the repairs, but I didn't get a written estimate at all, nor did I get a call back. It was a lot of money in any event. I still haven't received anything. He was very knowledgeable, and he saw a few things that I didn't, so he was an expert in his field. He was just talking about different numbers for different jobs and the price was pretty wide spread, so I was waiting for a written estimate, which I didn't get. The quality of his inspection, and finding out the problem was good. I know what he told me, but I would have liked all the details in writing, as I don't remember what was involved. There was nothing wrong with what he did, he was very professional.

He took pictures with his IPAD, measured distances, drew sketches of problem areas.  He also explained the possible consequences of not making repairs- without being dramatic .  He explained in understandable detail what repairs needed to be done, and provided an approximate cost.

It went well, Jack is the person that came out, he was very informative, professional. However I had to leave, he was a little late due to another appointment, I think he had a previous appointment before ours and it was, I think it was in Brexville and the house that we were getting an estimate on is located in Oakwood Village so that's probably about a good half an hour away, so he was maybe about a half hour to forty five minutes late. But once, you know, we got the ball rolling everything else went pretty smooth afterwards.  Once he got there he was very professional.

I had to contact them several times to make an inquiry about the written estimate. He did contact me last week in regards to the work being performed.

When we originally spoke about meeting on 9/5 we tentatively scheduled the appointment, but you wanted to confirm timing with your wife. After not hearing back to confirm this meeting, I personally called multiple times the morning of 9/5 to confirm or reschedule the appointment. When we spoke next, we rescheduled the appointment for 9/14, where I inspected the crack in your foundation. I sent you a bid on 9/17 for the work needed and then followed up on 9/20 with a call. I understand that perhaps this isn’t the right time for you to have the work done and since we offer FREE estimates, I have no problem refunding your Big Deal purchase. I do want to clarify for other clients that the reason for the refund was not due to our scheduling issues, but because you decided not to do the work. Jack Kline arrived early on the day scheduled.  He had been easy to get hold of and flexible with the appointment.  He checked out the cracks and described the probable cause--eroded drain tiles.  He summarized possible major repairs that might be needed in the future.  Although he couldn't complete the job that day due to equipment failure, he returned the next day, early, and patched the cracks.Cleveland
