We came out to your residence to repair the burnt lawn in a timely manner. We tilled and reseeded the areas that were damaged, and covered the seed with peat to promote new growth. We also refunded you the amount of the fertilization application. The removal of your bushes and flowers and soil application you agreed to was completed in the appropriate amount of time that was scheduled. While this incident is very unfortunate, we did rectify it for you as soon as possible. You told us you were okay with the repairs, and the rest of the work we completed.
