They are a local business.  I knew the family that owned the business and I talked the cost with them.   They were also recommended by another person and I respect her judgment.  As far as putting a furnace in, this is the first time I’ve had to deal with one in 27 years and so it was 12.25expected I guess.

Furnace died in the heart of cold season and they expedited a new HE furnace and installed it. Salesman showed up the day after I called and the furnace was installed two days later.
I checked prices online and they were cheaper than any price for that Lennox furnace.
They didn't try to up-sell me or add any extras after the fact.
