We pay for 3 months at a time. They were very professional, very accommodating and clear in their explanations. They told us what wouldn't work and what they thought was the best for our particular situation. They are highly dependable and flexible. They are very punctual which is important to me. They are very thorough in their explanations and so far we've been very pleased.

Don and Dayne were great to work with! I greatly appreciated their honest, down to earth approach to home security. Our appointment felt like a conversation rather than a sales pitch. They took the time to patiently answer every last one of my questions. The installation was effortless and the price was very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Ultimate Technology and Security Solutions again. They are complete professionals!

I called Mr. Don Shick of Ultimate Technology & Security Solutions, regarding a problem with my alarm system. Both Mr. Shick, and his son Dayne came out, diagnosed the problem, and rendered repairs. Both of those gentlemen are two fine professionals, who are indeed a credit to the alarm industry. One always receives top notch, professional service from this Company. The owner arrived at our home at the time we set, and gave a description of the options and quotes. The worker arrived when promised, did the installation to our complete satisfaction, explained the operation, and cleaned up when finished.

Don and Dayne did a great job. They were prompt, curteous and above all thorough. They made two trips to complete the job: the first trip got the system up and running and the second trip to install new sensors that I decided to have installed but which they didn't have stocked on their truck. Overall, highly satisfied with the installation and testing of the equipment. Can not comment on the monitoring service until it is used (and hopefully never will be). A great company to do business with.

Don and his son installed the system with minimal disturbance to the interior to our house. He was very good at explaining options and providing recommendations as to the level of security that would be needed. I particularly like that they provide maintenance at no additional cost for labor. Also, it is reassuring that any potential issues with the monitoring company would be handled by Ultimate Technology.

I contacted Ultimate Technology (based on info. from Angie's list) to install a home security system. Mr. Shick and his son arrived on time and patiently answered all of my questions. They then installed the system and showed me exactly how to use it. They were professional, friendly and very competent. I would recommend them to everyone who wants/needs a security system.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. I called on Friday, they came out Monday for an inspection, and the system was in by Wednesday. They took the time to properly explain the system to me, and to make sure I knew how it worked before they departed. I would definitely recommend them to any business owner.

We liked that they explained things when we asked questions. They were very willing to show us their products and explain anything we have questions about. They were more than happy to see a censor before they installed it. When we've asked other companies what kind of sensor they use they just say 'I don't know, whatever is in the box' which is frustrating. Whenever we've had problems with the sensors being a little to sensitive then they come right back out and adjust them.

The team of Don Shick and his son Dayne Shick are indeed two fine professionals, who are a credit to the security industry. It was a pleasure to deal with those two gentlemen. Previously, I dealt with a security company for 17 years; some of their personnel were exceedingly rude and unprofessional. In addition, the previous security company charged excessive rates for service and equipment. On the other hand, the service and equipment provided by Ultimate Technology & Security was very reasonable. The two Shick's spent 12 hours over two days at my home, because they had to undo the mess which was created by the previous security company (i.e. locating where the various wires went to the various sensors and contacts, establishing new security zones, and testing sensors which no longer worked). The Shick's had a lot of patience, as the old wiring system in the old panel box represented a maze of wires, without specific blueprints. I really have to take my hat off to the two of them for their patience and skill in removing the old system, making numerous trips up and down my staircases, and testing (at every window, and the doors), the new system. The new system works very well!

They were good but we liked another company better.

My husband and I had shopped several other security companies for equipment and price. We decided on Ultimate Technologies because Don offered comparable products at very reasonable rates. More importantly, Don made us feel at ease with the service and warranty after the sale. We felt more like a customer than just another account.

Arrived as promised. Worked hard to please my wife with respect to the "look" of some of the security devices. Were professional. Made sensible suggestions. Did not try to oversell.

We recently had a security incident while we were in our home. Needless to say, we started contacting companies to give us an estimate for alarm systems. We called a major company and Ultimate Tech Svcs. Both gave thorough estimates, however Ultimate Tech was able to provide a better system for a lower overall total cost (including monitoring service). The owner Don came to our home and give us the estimate and must have answered 50 different questions about our concerns. He was very patient with us. We wanted the system installed prior to leaving town for the weekend and Don and his son accomodated us. Installation was about 2-3 hours. The system has some great features and the monitoring fee is extrememly reasonable. The monitoring fee($30/month) and the cellular back-up system (can't be disabled by cutting the phone line) were the main reasons we went with Ultimate Tech. The other company wanted $200 more for the cellular back-up and almost $50 per month for monitoring. Ultimate Tech cost more up front, but over the long haul it is much cheaper with the reasonable monitoring.

I had purchased a new house and the security system installed had a code that was unknown to the previous owners as they had not used the system. After many calls to find a dealer of the system, I reached Ultimate Technology. They not only came out the next day to reprogram my system so I could use it, they provided me with a manual to use the system. They also made sure everything was in working order. They discovered a piece on the window sensor was missing and installed a new one for free. I wanted the only window remaining without a sensor to have one installed and the technician had one on hand and was able to install it immediately. I didn't currently have a phone line installed for monitoring, so they told me to call once the line was installed and they would come out and make sure it was working properly with the panel to establish monitoring. Two days later, my phone line was installed and working. I called Ultimate Technology and they arrived at my door in about 30 minutes to connect the system. A few days later, there was an issue with the phone lines and I called Ultimate Technology to get it repaired. They showed up in about 30 minutes again and fixed the issue. At this time, we discussed going to a wireless system. Not only did I agree to the system, but three days later, they were at my house again to install the system. All totaling only $250. I was amazed and plan to spread the word about this wonderful company.

Came out same day. Intercom/music whole house system was not working and was only a couple years old. (Was replaced by another company that is no longer doing this kind of work). Technician isolated the problem and gave me a couple of options to get the unit working fully. Appreciate his honesty and promptness. He took a great deal of time to isolate the problem and make sure all room speakers were working properly. This company took the time to listen and offer options currently and for future. Gentleman that answered phone was polite and helpful. He sent his son (the technician) out the same day. I was very grateful for the promptness and attention to detail. I will use this company again.

They were very helpful and courteous from the initial phone call until the work was completed. They came out one day after the work was scheduled so we could complete our drywall on time. They could not have been more friendly and helpful while performing the work and even checked my upstairs windows after realizing the system wasn't working properly. Their price was very reasonable and consistent with the quote provided over the phone. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Don Shick emailed me when the new system arrived. He and his son arrived promptly at 8:30AM and worked into the afternoon completing the installation of the master unit and the 10 room stations. They completely tested the system and ensured that all functions worked properly before leaving. All of my communications with Ultimate Technology & Security were pleasant and very professional. They arrived promptly at the appointed time, were careful to clean-up following the installation and completely and patiently explained the new system s functionality to me. I am extremely pleased with my dealings with this family-run business. And, I am particularly impressed with their technical competence and their attention to every aspect of customer service.

He came at 8 AM and left at 6 PM. He showed me how to work the system and made it very user friendly.

Excellent job! All outlets in finished areas were perfect. Even the piping run throughout the basement area were neatly laid out.

I called Don on a Monday and the work was done the following Friday. I had used Don's services at our home a few years ago and this time hired him for our office alarm needs.

HE SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AT 8:00AM AND SPENT ABOUT 30 MINUTES TALKING WITH ME AND WALKING AROUND THE HOUSE. A FEW DAYS LATER MY SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE SATISFIED THAN I HAVE WITH DON'S COMPANY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND DON'S SERVICES TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. BEING THAT MOST OF MY EQUIPMENT WAS ALREADY IN THE HOUSE AND HE JUST HAD TO INSTALL THE WIRELESS ASPECT, MY PRICE WAS LOW.
